Got this company through my home warranty and i had been out of ac for several days even with all the stuff going on he got to me within 2 days got my coil and ac unit replaced for a really good price he was very nice told me everything he came across explained why it was wrong and how it happened and why things that were happening happened which was really nice considering the issues i have been having he was here until 10 o'clock on a Sunday night when no one else would even call me back. he was very nice and his work is crisp clean and very very professional if you are looking for someone to work on your stuff David is your guy he will do what needs to be done and do it right. work with him and he works with you he was very nice and helpful when he showed up for the work and kept everything 100% with me when it came to the warranty company. defiantly recommend if you want a nice clean professional job done right! thank you

I had a furnace and air conditioner put in by this company. David Garrett was very professional and knowledgeable in communicating which options were available to me. Pricing was very affordable. The quality of his work was excellent. Very detailed oriented. I was pleasantly surprised and completely satisfied with the product he installed in my home. Would definitely use this company again for future needs and highly recommend using this company.

I was told a few months ago by a technician who works for one of the larger Heating/AC companies that my furnace was essentially totaled and needed to be replaced, as the unit would turn itself on or off, seemingly at random (it was not short cycling, it was something else entirely). I decided to get a second opinion from David at Complete Image. Boy am I glad I did! For the cost of a service call and hour of labor, he figured out exactly what was wrong, and fixed it. It was a solution that I'm shocked the prior technician didn't mention (perhaps because he was trying to sell a new unit for $3,000+). David fixed the issue very quickly, and taught me a bit about HVAC systems and Nest thermostat wiring in the process. I highly recommend Complete Image!

Dave replaced my old AC unit and evaporator with a brand-spanking, new one. My wife and I were very happy with the final product and the investment we made. Dave installed a concrete pad for the new, larger unit and built and installed an iron cage to protect it from any potential theft. Also, Dave was very good about working around our busy schedule. Dave would be the first person we call if we need additional work around the house.

When my a/c went out on a Saturday evening I was panicked. I called around and David was the first to offer to come take a look, on a Sunday morning no less. Turns out there was a wire that had over heated and he was able to quickly replace that and clean/service the outside unit. The a/c was up and running in less than an hour! He was very knowledgeable and talked me through what had happened, why it happened, and what the future may hold for my older HVAC units.

David was outstanding. AC unit was not cooling home properly and he was able to come out on a Sunday. David was very informative about what he was doing to correct the AC issue along with visually demonstrating. Thanks.

Fast, efficient, great quality work, & competitive pricing

It went quite well. They were prompt. He walked me through prevention mode and took the time to educate me on my a/c performance.

David is who I usually deal with and he is professional. Done in a timely fashion. They are there when I need them. Dependable.

Plumbing was corrected with 2" piping and ran down to proper drain. It was done professionall and with oroper materials.

He did good work. It is still working great now. He told me that eventually I may want to get it upgraded and I will end up going through him when I am ready for that. He's very reasonable and will work with you, too! I would definitely recommend him to others!
