Complete Insulation

I had been working with Jeff Wells for attic insulation for my mother's house. He was professional, nice and answered any questions we had. We had questions after the quote and he answered them in a timely manner. He setup the schedule for the attic insulation even after we had to reschedule a couple of times. Arnaldo and Juan came out to do the installation. They were prompt, nice and was respectful of property. They were hard working and did a great job. They cleaned up everything when they were done. I am very satisfied with Jeff, Arnaldo and Juan. I will definitely give Jeff a call again for my own house in the future.

Very nice people to work with, responded quickly when contacted, job scheduled for short time after initial contact. Arrived on time, respectful, especially with no touch contact during this time of Coronavirus. After getting 4-5 bids, had the best price. Would recommend to others.

I hired them for a relatively minor re-insulation project in a portion of my attic. It’s been a pleasure doing business with them, every step of the way. I’m now also going to hire them for a bigger project, encapsulating my crawl-space.

Bottom line up front:  Great price for a great product.  I would recommend them to anyone.  They do things the way my dad taught me ... if something is worth doing it's worth doing right -- the first time.    Larry (supervisor) came to my house, looked at all the spaces that I wanted spray insulation, worked up a quote, and sat down to answer all my questions.  He made sure that I was completely understood the product and the process.  A couple of weeks later I called Emily at the office to schedule the work.   Day 1 was removal and prep.  My removal team was Fredy and Jose.  They came with a large truck that vacuum and several large bags to collect all the old insulation. It was fun to watch (and hear) all the old insulation being sucked out!  The prep/spray team (Josh. G, Josh F, Coalton, Alex, Thomas, and Dylan King) showed up the same time as the removal team.  They worked hand-hand with the removal team and ensured I stayed updated on what was happening throughout the day.  The prep/removal team even found an area that I missed in the original quote, which would have likely caused me problems in the future.  While there was a slight increase in cost, they saved me from potential problems in the future.   Day 2 was spray day.  The prep/spray team called me early in the morning to let me know they were on the way.  They set up their trucks, prepped the chemicals, ran the hoses (after covering the window opening and floors with plastic to protect from hose scuffs and from their feet),  and got to spraying.  Unfortunately there was a problem with their new truck and they began to have issues with spraying.  Rather than fight the equipment, Larry (supervisor), made the decision to stop for the day and return the next day with different equipment.  Larry was upfront with me on what was going on and was clearly disappointed he couldn't finish on Day 2 as he promised.  Larry (and the rest of the team) has a lot of pride in what they do.   Day 3 was spray day (again).  Again, clear communication on when they were arriving, quick setup, and got right to work.  The team was methodical and quick.  They were done and 100% cleaned up by early afternoon.  I turned on the HVAC system about 8 hours after they left, and cooled down the upstairs about 30-40% faster than before the spray insulation.  I was impressed.   So, would I recommend Complete Insulation?  Yes.  Ask for Larry and his crew, and you won't go wrong! Note:  I am posting this same review in Google, Yelp, Angie's List, and BBB because people look in different places for their information and I want to make sure I get my information out.

Very well. Called when they were on there way. Set up and cleaned up before leaving. Did a great job putting in a more than sufficient amount of insulation. Very happy with there service and the quality of their work.

Complete Animal Removal/Complete Insulation removed raccoons, opossums, and a skunk from my property/attic space. Other work performed was exterior structural repairs, antibacterial treatment, and insulation removal/replacement. All work was professional and performed in a very timely manner. The personnel--Michelle, Jayson, Tchaikousky, Larry, and Dylan--were very professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Complete Insulation.

They did a fantastic job fitting us into their schedule. Came out on a weekend to give an estimate and the following week the job was complete. They arrived on time and did a great job. Dianne and Amy did a great job with communication. And John & Kenneth completed the job perfectly.
