Not good gap space between driveway and border - damaged corner of drive way. Brick sidewalk and edging being undermined by water and earth is washing down under porch. I gave him permission to put weeds/brush at edge of lawn BUT he Left large pile of dirt rock and landscape fabric on border between me and Ice Land Trails. Huffy - short and curt. He is over booked and did not have time to schedule a finish on the job - the ones he did schedule he didn't complete job or didn't show or walked off. Disappointed. Just put in a brick side walk not sure if will last long enough for me to find someone to clean up after him and his crew. As for the pile not sure what or how to deal with that.

"In my defense to this interesting review. I am a very meticulous person. I don’t do anything without the customers knowledge or permission. This customer was informed of everything that was being done. The customer was involved with every aspect of the work. The driveway was previously broken along the edge. We cut a new edge along the driveway. We were not allowed to complete the job. There is no water run off. The fresh ground settled after the rain. The flower box was not filled with new soil when we left. I have made arrangements for the completion of the project. However she is not willing to work with him. scheduled. On the scheduled day after we arrived. We were informed of several changes to the job. The customer did not previously inform me of any changes. The customer was also supposed to supply the stone they required for us to use. That did not happen either. So, we accommodated the customer. We were able to acquire the materials. This also takes time away from the job. The customer doesn’t understand this issue. I thought what we did get done looked amazing. Unfortunately, we cannot perform miracles. If this customer would have been realistic and reasonable with her requests. This whole situation would have never happened."

I had a couple of things that needed to be fixed before I could sell my home - an outdoor railing needed repair and there was a small area of water damage in the master bathroom. Both things were fixed timely and looked great.

Went Perfect. Al is the best carpenter and electrician I've seen. He remodeled our basement which turned out perfect at a very reasonable rate. I would highly recommend and plan on hiring Al for future projects.

Alan is handy on everything we have asked him to do, as I am not handy. Personal, easy to get along with, answers all questions. From fixing ceiling fan, patch a roof, backboards for my horseshoe court. When ants destroyed would on window sills, Al took out bad wood and cut new boards and fitted. Also bathroom shower and fittings needed replaced, Al saw the problem and got the correct fittings and replaced. Al has been so helpful these 6 years we have known him. I can call text him and he gets back to me in a timely manner. I would refer Al to anyone doing anything they have. Al is the best
