We bought a new home but didn't move in for 2 months. The second day here, we found quite a bit of mold on the basement ceiling -- including in the room we had planned to put the kids' playroom. Ron and Dan came out quickly, and while they could have suggested an expensive remediation/cleaning, they basically told us it was no big deal -- likely surface mold from no heat/AC or air circulation last few months -- and that we could clean it ourselves and a dehumidifier would solve the problem. We really appreciated their honesty. I even emailed Ron later with a question about a consumer mold product product and he answered with good advice. We didn't mind paying the $85 evaluation fee to have an honest expert evaluation and advice. We cleaned it up, the de-hu has been filling up like crazy, and so far so good. The weird "basement" smell is also gone now. Thank you!

That was great. They were good at what they did. The finishing work was exclellent. They explained what they gonna do. They cleaned up everyday. They kept everything neat and clean. They were polite.
