Brandt and Danny who I assume are employees of this company were very unprofessional and disrespectful. Very rarely did Brandt communicate what he was doing and why. If you are the expert and a client is asking questions there should be no reason to be disrespectful and act as if their questions are bothering you. Every other day he was requesting money for various projects to complete the originally scheduled project. By the time I fired them my original project had not even been started. I would not recommend this company just based on their unprofessionalism. There is never a reason to speak disrespectfully to a client.

Please stay away from this shady contractor. I was contacted by the company less than a minute after the request. I made an appointment for the next day and they were professional and punctual. After the locating the problem we agreed on a price and they returned the following day to begin the repair. That morning I was asked for a deposit of 1/2 the amount and the second half would be paid upon completion. They were unable to complete the job and I was told they would return the following morning. Days went by and I was given the run around about they're return and they finally showed on a day when I was unavailable and filled in the hole without an inspection and would not return to camera the sewer line to show the work was completed. My credit card was charged without permission and when contacted he apologized and asked to come out again and never showed.

11/19/2018 water started backing up into my basement when toilets were flushed. Sewer and drain plumber Brad said they will come out same day and for $128 they would rod the sewer, he did tell me if there are problems it would be more. He came out and told me it would be $3600 because I have collapsed tile somewhere, I complained about the price and he told me it can be done for $3100 if they bypass the catch basin or something like that. I was not happy, but I needed the problem solved so I said ok. They were supposed to come the next day with more equipment, they didn't, they kept coming up with excuses, day after day it was something else. The project took 3 weeks, they did reduce the price to $2900 because of delay. In the end they replaced the sewer drains in my 140 year old basement with PVC, because of the age of the building I suspected that it needed to be done.

Horrible. I should have known better as from the start the person handling the calls kept saying someone would call me back and they did not. I called on a Saturday and they said they would be out by 11. They finally came around 4pm. They said the drain was fine and that the drain was bad and needed to be replaced. We agreed to rain being replaced. They were not able to finish the job on Saturday and said they would be back out on Sunday. On Sunday they said more pipes were bad and I asked if the plumbing would still work without things overflowing and I was told yes but the pipes really needed to be replaced. They told me that the home owners insurance will cover it. I gave them permission to do a small section (drain and 6 feet). Monday they tell me that they cannot do just that part and now all of the pipes need to be replaced. I asked them to stop and I would contact my homeowners insurance. They told me that it needed to get done and told me that my homeowners insurance would take care of it. Monday they said the pipes would be done so I could use my washer, dishwasher, and kitchen sink. I let them know I filed a claim with my homeowners insurance on Monday. Monday evening the work was not done and approx 17 ft of pipe in my basement was torn out. They came by again on Tuesday to lay down the pipe they were supposed to have fixed on Monday. I paid the job in full because they said that the insurance would definitely cover it and it I prepaid they would just write a check to me during the site inspection and this was usual practice. Tuesday evening they told me that they needed something different and they would have to come back the next day. The insurance adjuster came out on Wednesday and I left work early to meet him. He said that the work was not covered. Brad told him that he had just had the insurance company cover this within the prior 3 months. He said he would provide me with claim numbers of jobs that he had completed recently that the same insurance company covered. He left and said he needed to pick something up and would be right back (around noon). i called back at 2:12 PM and he said he would be back within 15 minutes. I have tried to call and have left messages with both Brad and Kevin and no one has called back. I am not able to use anything in my house, including my toilets as the water just dumps out of the pipes into the trenches that they created. My husband and I looked at a approx 10 ft section of pipe and there does not appear to be any corrosion and the pipe appears intact. We now have no working sewage/drain lines, I cannot get a call back, and we are out $8550.

$15,000
For all that I had to have done, it was $15,000 and that was covered by my homeowner's insurance so they helped me with that. I wouldn't have known what to do. They were reliable and they got the job done, but it wasn't always according to when they said they would be there. I spoke of my dissatisfaction with one guy and they replaced him with 2 other guys that worked fantastic.
