Elite Arborist did a phenomenal jobs start to finish. They were quick to schedule a time to come assess the work and give a quote, during which Carlos demonstrated how very knowledgeable he was in all the areas in which we needed work. Our quote was given the same day as the assessment and they were even willing to schedule next day work. When the workers arrived they were very professional, efficient and conscientious of neighbors yards/belongings. They did an exceptional job cleaning up all the remains that were in the grass and around the house, other than the beautiful work they did you wouldn’t have even known they were there! We will definitely be using this company in the future for other landscaping and yard needs.

After talking to six other companies, I decided to give Elite Arborist a try. Carlos came out to give an estimate on laying new sod and redoing the stonework around a tree in my front yard. He was punctual and listened carefully to what I wanted. He told me all the things his company does and how they could make my vision a reality. We ended up agreeing to the work as well as pruning the large oak tree we have. On the day of the project, the sod was delivered 6:30 a.m. and the crew arrived an hour later. I was impressed how they put out orange cones around the area for neighbors’ visual safety. Carlos introduced me to the crew supervisor, Rocky. Throughout the day, Rocky kept me informed about what they were doing and progress. He patiently answered all my questions and reassured me that I would be pleased with the results. I was very impressed with the attention to detail to the stonework around the tree, the meticulous way they prepped to lay the sod and the expertise of tree pruning. They took great care in making sure they left may yard and surrounding areas, i.e., street very clean. By the end of the day, my front yard was transformed and had great curb appeal. Plus, the Oak tree really stands out. Carlos also sent me information on after care and fertilization of the sod. I’m very happy with the results. I paid a little more than I expected but it was well worth it. When it comes to landscaping professionals, Elite Arborist is the company you need. These guys are fantastic. They have a true passion for what they do and are very professional. I highly recommend this company. Their work is top notch.

We have used Carlos and Elite Arborist for years now. Our back yard holds one big beautiful life oak. Elite Arborist grooms and protects this tree. They go above and beyond to make our entire experience wonderful. Professional and polite, they work from the ground and from up in the tree, carefully removing only what is needed to make our tree healthy and able to handle strong storms and icy winters. They clean the yard when complete, taking and mulching all debris. We will continue to use them every time such work is needed and highly recommend Elite Arborist.

It was very good they guy who came out he spend 20mins with me in identifying on what to do and gave an estimate. They were modification original with the description of the job and revised twice.

Carlos and his team cleaned up some of our tree limbs so we could plant and grow grass in our yard. We did not want to sacrifice the beauty of our shade trees but we needed a bit more sunlight to grow grass. They did a great job cleaning up and trimming the trees, we also decided to let them lay the grass and we are pleased with the result.

They started and finished the project on same day with a five man crew. The crew followed all instructions and cleaned up well after themselves. The price was a little over my budget but it was understandable because of the work that was involved.

The quote process went well. Carlos is very knowledgeable about the trees and processes. The quoted cost was much 50%than other Arborists (which is different than a tree trimmer). When I asked why the price was high, The response was "I am offering a premium pruning, which consist of raising canopies, interior thinning, reduce away from home, balancing trees, deadwood, mistletoe and broken limbs removed, most importantly the Selective Pruning on the higher parts of tree that is strongly recommend." Based on this response, I hired them to do the job. They did a good job of installing the tree brace and cable system. They also did a nice job of pruning the Live Oak. However, the other 2 trees were given a very minimal trimming. Asked for them to return and complete the "Premium", They came back the next day and did the job completely. The trees now look great. In summary, they are capable, quick, knowledgeable and expensive, and may under-prune unless you are very clear on your instructions.

Very well workers did a good job very professional

Very professional. I needed a bunch of trees trimmed. I Called on Monday, got an estimate on Wednesday and the job was done Friday. A crew of five came out with professional equipment, worked really hard in the heat and did a beautiful job. The also mulched and removed all branches and left the yard clean. I would definitely use again.

We have used Complete Tree Services in the past and have been very pleased. It took a whole day to complete the work. In the process of grinding the stump a sprinkler head was destroyed. Complete Tree returned in a couple of days and repaired the damaged sprinkler head. Their work is top-notch.

I can't say enough good things about this company! They were courteous, efficient, and provided excellent service! I would recommend them to everyone!
