We had searched for a replacement door and side panel for our old, outdated one. Our problem was that the door was an odd size. The owner, John Williams, searched and found us a ProVia door and side panel with beautiful stained glass. It was rather expensive and took longer than we had anticipated, but it was worth it in the end. It fits perfectly, looks beautiful, and keeps out all the cold air without a storm door. We are quite pleased with it. <br />

We recently moved in to a 20 year old house. All of the exterior door are in need of some repari and/or replacemtnt. Complete Window and Door came out to give us an estimate and took the time to answer all of our questions. While the cost seemed high, we did decide to go with a high quality door that has a lifetime warranty. The sales man took the time to explain the added benefits of using a Provia door. <br /> The foreman installed the door in a few hours and it looks great. We also purchased door hardware from the company as well - they took care of everything. <br /> There was a piece that was bent and they told us they would take care of it right away to make it right. I appreciated that they were upfront about this and had a solution before I had to ask for one. <br /> We will definitely use them again in the future. They returned our calls in a timely manner and were great to work with. <br /> <br />

Professional installation. Took longer then quoted but was pleased with the results. Staff friendly and corrected anything that was not right. Price was competitive with other quotes but the difference was that they always kept in touch with email or per phone on any changes or concerns. We were glad to have chosen this company out of the three interviewed for the job. They seemed to care and had pride in the job to be completed. John from sales was great to work with. <br />

This project worked out great! I needed a custom made door for my bungalow, and nothing suitable was available at the big box stores through the larger manufacturers, which is strange since all the buying power should make a custom door easy to purchase. This was end of April. <br /> I started looking online for companies that would be able to produce a door in the size I needed and found a couple of Provia dealers, one of which was quite close to me geographically. I got a return call the same day (I think, or 24 hours later) and the dealer came out with samples and catalogs shortly thereafter. We decided on a design, color, hardware, hinge and other items. This was first week in May; by 9 May the door had been ordered; I'd received an additional estimate on sidelights shortly thereafter, and by the last week in May, everything had been produced and shipped to Indy. The installation had to wait due to some stormy weather that week, but the work was completed yesterday - 4 June - and looks very good. <br /> The dealer did not ask me to put any money up front, which I thought was a real show of faith, and he also knocked off about $50 on the cost of the door. To me this shows flexibility in pricing and that they wanted my business. <br /> My impressions: Complete Window and Door treated me as a valued customer, which has not been my experience with other contractors and big box stores. They stayed in regular contact re the status of the project and got it done quickly and clean. I would definitely recommend this company to those looking for reasonably priced, custom made windows and doors. I intend to use them again as soon as I can do so. <br /> <br />

The crew came in immediately got started removing old windows. Both Tyson and Gary had great attitudes and appeared to enjoy doing their job. The windows they replaced were aluminum and over 30 years old located on the second floor. The guys arrived around 2pm and were completed at 5pm. Midway through the job the owner of the business John Williams came by and checked in. I couldn't be more please with the service and product I received. The cost is a bit costly, but I was determined to have additional Gorrell window installed. Last year I had one installed and the sound barrier is simply amazing, its also very attractive window.

"ember: I want to thank both of you for your patience in waiting for your entry door system. Your hand made, custom sized entry door system with an eliptical, solid cherry transom, took a few weeks longer than we originally expected. Plus the added lead time on the front end due to us coming back out, double checking every single measurement, making a second template for the transom and just looking over everything to make absolutely certain there were no problems when it came time for the installation - also added a little time to the project. There was even quite a bit of dialog back and forth with the manufacturer on how we were going to build your door system, to eliminate any possible problems like the original entry door system had, prior to officially ordering it. It was important to us that we checked, double checked and checked one last time - so that your new entry door system installation went smoothly and would operate as it should for years and years to come. I am very happy to say that I am thankful we took those extra steps because things went just about as perfectly as they could have, on an extremely complex project. In fact, we are both now famous at the manufacturing plant. Us, for all of the calls back and forth tweaking everything and basically being a pest of ourselves making sure things were "just so" on your door system. And you kind folks, are now famous because the set of before, during and after photos I sent to the plant were copied and hung up for all to see. From the general bulliten board, to the lunch room, break room, nearly every office and department at the plant. Even the factory floor had photos of your job posted for those who actually built your door to see a job WELL DONE. The transformation from before and after was so stunning, those two pictures even made it into a NATIONAL trade magazine! Once again, THANK YOU for your business. We contacted Complete Window and Door the first time several months ago to have two custom windows replaced on the front of our home. The original windows were wood, but we were looking for an alternative that would last longer but look just as good. They provided us with a vinyl option that looks like wood and the efficiency is outstanding. Their presentation was very thorough and at no point was there any pressure to go through with the sale. They have a wide selection of colors and we were able to find one that matched our paint wonderfully. Once the windows were ordered, we were kept up to date on the process and when they expected them to be installed. When they arrived, the installers were top notch and and took special care to get the custom part of the windows exactly right. During the process, there were several questions regarding the custom part of the order and the company was always good about calling us and even coming out to show us specific examples on what needed to be done and what we preferred for the look of the window. After going through the winter with these new windows, we couldn't be more pleased. The rooms were warm and we had no drafts for the first time in 10 years. They are very easy to clean and operate and look wonderful. <br /> In July we called the company again to talk about a new siding product that is new on the market called Everlast. The front of our house is partial wood and it was in very bad shape. We did not want to replace it with wood, but needed to find an alternative to vinyl since our Neighborhood Association would not allow it. Everlast is a polymeric cladding which looks like wood (actually better than wood), will withstand the elements and does not require painting, and is much lighter than cement board. They had a variety of colors and one that fit our needs exactly. John Williams, the owner of the company and our sales rep, was outstanding. He was able to explain the product in detail and all the specifics regarding trimwork and so on. We placed the order that night and a few weeks later the material was in and they started installation. The installers for this company are some of the best we have seen and take great care in doing the job right. John came by the house 3 or 4 times to check on the progress and to see if we were satisfied with the product and installation so far. We are so pleased with the results and many of our neighbors have taken notice too and are going with the same product. <br /> This company is very trustworthy, professional and stands behind their product and work. I would highly recommend them for all of their services. They have proven their ability to do the job right and customer service is top priority to them.
