About us
We charge by the hour and offer flat rate fees for certain repairs. Pickup and delivery of systems are free of charge. 1st hour On-site service fee: $100 Additional 1/2 hour: $50. Operating System rebuild (to factory default with data backup up to 10GB): $150 Laptop DC Jack replacement: $120 Various parts and hardware available on site. Computer DoctoRx offers on-site service in your home or small business. Our technicians are friendly, certified and professional. We will fix your problem on-site if parts are immediately available, offer to repair in our facility or at minimum tell you what is wrong so you can make an informed decision. Computer DoctoRx offers the following services: - Desktop and laptop operating system wipe and restore - Desktop and laptop upgrades - laptop DC Jack repair - Wireless network setup and security - Data recovery services. We will also tell you honestly if your system is not worth fixing and you would be better served by replacing. We do offer replacement parts where it is determined it is cost effective to upgrade the system. We can order custom systems to your specifications and setup to your satisfaction. We Make House Calls!

This was the first time I had ever had to go for outside help on my pc. I was a little uncertain of trying someone unknown. No more. Wayne from Computer doctor was amazing. Punctual and within minutes had diagnosed the issue. Not only did he fix my known issue, he found and corrected other issues and software. Wayne came out and diagnosed my harddrive was dying which wasn't a surprise at all considering it's age. He helped me pick out a new computer (I'm a die hard Dell girl!) and came out and installed it since I was totally unfamiliar with windows 10. He was very professional and courteous throughout everything, even teaching me how to navigate windows 10 which I found out was not as intimidating as I thought it would be. I would absolutely recommend him to anybody.

The owner, Wayne, came and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. It is an older desktop and had developed a software problem. Wayne wrote instructions for me to correct the problem if it occurred again plus installed some software that should help keeping the hard drive cleaned up. In addition he fixed a couple of problems that were browser related. Great job, very helpful and friendly as well as prompt.

Arrangements were made for Computer DoctoRx to pick up the system at my home. They were very prompt. Unfortunately, repairs would be as costly as a new machine. So, at their recommendation, we will get a new laptop. There was no charge for the diagnosis!

My old laptop literally died and Wayne was able to pull all my information over and help me make the transition to Window 10! He was even able to retrieve my photo's from an older laptop that was no longer accessible ! Not being very techie I was extremely pleased and I understood what was taking place and how to use my new laptop with Windows 10! A good friend had recommended Computer DoctoRx and I am so happy they did! I will contact again for any issues I may have in the future! The ease in making the appointment and the punctuality was superb !

This was an excellent experience.I was able to schedule an onsite appointment within 2 days of calling.Wayne arrived early to the appointment and stayed until my computer was updated and the wireless printer was connected .This was not only about solving a problem but was a learning experience as well because Wayne will answer any questions you have to the level of your understanding which is an awesome bonus.

<p>Wayne was here about 5 min. before the appointment, listened patiently to my descriptions, went to work and fixed the computers. Thinking that our 6-yr-old Compaq was dead because the monitor stayed black, we bought a refurbished HP bundle. Because I know nothing about computers, I followed hook-ups from first computer to install refurb, and refurb did the same as the 1st computer; got it exchanged, still no luck. Broke down and called Computer DoctorX because of the reviews they had on Angie's List. Wayne hooked both computers up with the same VGA cords I had used and had them up and running immediately, took viruses off our old one, installed Office on the refurb along with a virus control. Seems the primary problem was ME and my inability to do computer hook-ups.</p> <p>Wayne is highly educated and trained in computers (all areas), very professional and personable and did all the above in an hour. <br /> <br /></p> They charge $80 for the 1st hour and give Angie's List members $10 off the first visit. Use them for any computer problems; you will not be disappointed. I'm only sorry I didn't call before trying to FIX the first one!! <br />

Chose the vendor from the monthly Angie's list magazine. Susie answered all questions and a time for pickup of the laptop was made. She arrived on time and explained the testing procedures and estimated cost for the service. I was assured I would be called before any out of the norm services were done. The laptop was returned with a written list of all testing and recommendations for upgrades if wanted. I was very pleased with the overall experience of using the Computer DoctorX and will use them in the future for any computer related services needed. Top drawer business.
