My Samsung TV needed a special board that was really hard get, because Samsung no longer made it. But Dominick was able to find the board and replace it for me. Now my TV works fine! I feel that he went above and beyond!

I made one phone call and spoke with Dominick. After explaining what issues I was experiencing with my system, he diagnosed my system may have a obtained a virus. He suggested that I allow him remote access to my system so he could take a look at what was going on. After gaining remote access he explained everything that was taking place throughout the repair process. After approximately 30 minutes my computer system was operating ten times faster than before. He explained in deep detail what I needed to do to ensure my system maintained normal operating speed. He is professional, articulate, patient and thorough.bb <br />
