It has always been excellant service with this company, no complaints and I consider ourselves hard to please.

It went well, at first. 2 months after the repair, the blower, which they said had come unsecured and they re-secured, started making the exact same noise. Comstock refused to warranty their labor even though its only been 2 months and their website specifically states a 1 year warranty on labor. If they re-secured the blower, to me that's considered labor. If it falls off again, that's because they failed to secure it.

Everything went well

Luis, the service tech, arrived on time. Was friendly, and professional. Pulled the cover off of the unit, pumped the freon? out, cut the lines. Moved the unit the 6 feet that I wanted. Soldered new extension lines on, moved the power box, then pumped the freon back in. Appears that everything is in working order. Very pleased with the job. Thought the price might have been a little high, but I believe the results were worth it.

Their overall professionalism is really good. I like the guy's knowledge and his willingness to go far above and beyond for the typical maintenance thing and to answer my questions.

This company was awesome. They came a day early and completed removing the old and installing the new heat pump. All the guys were very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. The whole experience was awesome, and will recommend to all friends.

From the beginning to the end Seth from Comstock Air delivered what he promised and even gave us his time to walk the job after the installers were done and sit down with us, setup our online account and access to the system. It is rare that that somebody really follows through all the way to the end <br>

Called and someone able to come out same day. They were on time and very professional (Robbie). Discussed options and decided to replace two parts. Next day Robbie arrived on time and started work, soon parts came along with another worker. Everything done in just a few hours. They left areas of work in good condition. They were polite and professional. I would recommend Comstock. Very pleased with all parts of this work.

They explained with detail all options of A/C units that we have, and helped us get the best option for our home in regards to capacity, efficiency and price. Moreover they answered all our questions. They performed the job in the scheduled time frame. They were also very reliable, honest and efficient. <br>

I used Angie's List to procure English Electrical, and it proved to be an excellent experience.  They came out and gave me an estimate of $725. and explained that it was a laborious job due to creating a 240 connection where there was none, to connect it to the breaker box in the back of the house.  They explained that in order to do it right, they would have to go up through the attic and connect it from one side of the house to the other side, and that it would take two men in order to do it in less time than using only one man. <br /> They arrived punctual, did their work as indicated, (which was installing electricity from an new inside laundry room) to the outside breaker.  My laundry was in the garage up until this installation.  They hooked up the dryer and helped my son with connecting the venting coil to the outside vent, as well.  They also streamlined a large group of mangled electrical coils which were hanging from near the roof of the home, and got them connected into less of a mangled up mess, as well as attached a bathroom vanity light. <br /> They were very kind and polite, timely, and they explained everything along the way.  I would hire them again, in a heart beat.  I was extremely pleased with their work and their timeliness!  They did the job they were hired to do, and did it expeditiously! <br />

                         The salesman Seth was completely up front no hidden cost anywhere, the install went very smooth even while I was  sick and needed bed rest, the installers worked around that with no problem , their work I would rate a 10. As being the best. They <br /> took the old unit and cleaned up work sight and made sure everything worked and we were asked if we were happy which we were and still are with this company, they go out of their way to make sure their customers come first from the office sta,ff to the installers, and servicemen. This company has the values of what companies long ago had, so it is nice to have them in our area <br /> with these values. From the moment I picked up the phone and dialed the company for service, they were awesome.  I had been shopping around because, like many people in town, I am on a budget. I wanted to make sure that I wasn't over paying for their service. Since I have a busy schedule they were willing to send someone after regular business hours to fix my heater. When the technician arrived to me home they were polite and courteous, about 30-45 minutes later I hear a knock on the door and the technician was done, he explained what the issue was. I really appreciated that he kept me in the loop and not just billed me. Very professional company. <br />

Worker arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, obtained the equipment and replaced the motor with a refurbished one. <br /> He was courteous and punctual. <br />
