We reached out through Angi to find a contractor to extend our back patio. We were initially very happy with the quick responses from Mike, even over the weekend. He originally stated that he would be out on Labor Day to set the forms, but could not pour the concrete that day due to plants being closed for the holidays. We followed up with him late afternoon on Labor Day to see when he expected to arrive, but were told he made a mistake and didn't realize it was Labor Day, thought I was someone named Allison getting a hot tub pad poured. He told us he would be there the next day (Tue 5th) to setup, and pour (Wed 6th). I moved my schedule at work to be present at the home on Tue as he said he needed one of us there to approve the setup. There was no communication on Tuesday about when he was coming. I reached out around 5pm to see where he was/if he was still coming and heard back around 6:30pm that he would not be there that day, but could set up and pour on Wednesday (6th). We had to arrange for a family member to be on site for the work, so my husband and I were not present. We left the $1,945 in cash with the family member, and Mike was paid in cash at the end of the project. When we came home that night, the work appeared to be in good order, and we gave 48 hours for the concrete to dry before walking/ setting anything on it. We were given instructions to wet the pad daily to allow it to set properly, which we followed. Friday (8th), we first walked on the now dry pad, and set a chair down. The chair sat entirely on the addition poured by Mike, and it was very uneven/ wobbly. We also noted a very large pool of water at the intersection of our old pad and the additions added by this company. We have significant drainage issues off of the sides of the pad, and have to sweep off the pool of water after rain. The pads are visibly uneven, with the additions being 1/2inch shorter than our existing pad in some places (enough to catch your shoe and trip) and higher than the existing pad in others. We reached out to Mike via text message (this has been our primary method of communication) on Saturday. He previously messaged us throughout the weekend and called on a holiday so I didn't think this would be an issue. We did not hear from him for a few days so I called on Monday around 10am. The call went straight to a generic voicemail. I left a message, but have not gotten any response back.

These guys are rockstars. I've used them several times now no guessing games. Show up when they say they're gonna show up, finish it always to perfection. I will be using them for the third time. To pour our spa slab. :)

Mike and team did an outstanding job pouring a concrete pad for a swim spa. Very easy to work with, did exactly what he said he was going to do when he said he would do it. AND, he came in under other bids I received. Would use him again and highly recommend.

Service was amazing. Properly handled and thoroughly executed. They pick up after them selves and cleaned up. Mike was excellent on his communication and what to expect from the quote to the finish project.
