Concrete Champs were great to work with! Often times as the wife of a project manager, I don't get the same treatment as my husband for house projects. It is usually, "oh will you get your husband?" Not the case with this team. I was treated like the homeowner that I am whenever I interacted with the team and their professionalism was much appreciated. Their hardworking was inspiring and their work is impeccable. We will definitely hire them again for any future projects.

I highly recommend Concrete Champs! Working with Luseane and Lepi, they did an excellent job excavating, setting formwork, compacting the foundation, pouring, and cutting a massive concrete slab for a 700+ sqft detached garage. Lepi’s professionalism, craftsmanship, and efficiency were excellent. Luseane’s communication, recommendations, and administrative management were second to none. I highly recommend them for any concrete work!

Concrete Champs has done a wonderful job from start to finish. Lepi and team knew exactly what they need to do. Communication was fantastic. We're very satisfied with the work that Concrete Champs performed.

They showed up on schedule, removed and hauled away the old concrete, set the forms and had me inspect them for proper placement, poured the concrete, leveled it and when the concrete had set removed the forms and cleaned up the worksite. I am hiring them for a concrete patio project.

Lepi and his crew showed up on time and finished the entire task in 3 days as promised. He provided a contract with a statement of work accurately describing what was to be done and signed by both of us. Three or four issues came up during the project, at least two of them were my fault, but he accommodated my needs and didn't charge more. The driveway and walkway look great.

Lepi and his team were excellent! They responded promptly with a fair price and honest timeline. The terms were followed and the team was respectful and very skilled. They finished the project on time and on budget. We would definitely recommend them for any concrete work!

Great start, the work was halted for a week due to unforeseen damage to the water pipes. This was not the Concrete Champs Co.'s fault, previous owners of our home had redone the water pipes not to code and the water pipe was right below the driveway, rather that 2 feet. After the water pipe was repaired and placed further down per code, the driveway construction was resumed.. No further issues and we know have a high quality driveway that was built correctly, with layers of gravel, re-bar reinforcement, and sealed after completion. It looks great and is built to last.

Lepi was terrific to work with. He was very communicative when we were trying to arrange for him to come out to bid the job. His bid was reasonable, and we were impressed when we asked about having him concrete an additional section and his reply was, "If I were you, I'd leave it as it is. There's already enough concrete in the world." We appreciated the sentiment, particularly coming for a guy who would have stood to make another $1,000 on the job. When he came to do the job with his brother, they were efficient, neat, and entirely professional. Their work looks wonderful and when we compare it to work the primary subcontractor had done it is vastly superior in terms of both quality and looks. They also helped me pour the concrete for our basketball post at no additional cost. Lepi was also just a great guy-very laid back and easy to work with.

Lepi, the owner I found to be very personable and straight forward. They started the job and worked Monday-Thursday until it was completed. Then came back on Saturday to clean-up and address concerns. I am happy with work and would hire Concrete Champs again, and I would recommend them to others.

Very easy to work with, just have any and all question ready as they come up. They got the job done working with the weather and I think they went above and beyond just the job. I asked for 'steps' in the middle of the retaining wall, and Lepi did a very beautiful design that i just love! They cleaned up nicely and are just great people to work with. The texture and the color is perfect, now I don't want to go inside my house!

We contacted Concrete Champs along with several other contractors about building a retaining wall where a rotting fence had been. The original estimate was competitive but the cost was significantly more than we wanted to spend on the project. We asked Lepi as well as a few others if they had any ideas on less expensive options for the area. We got very few replies form others. Concrete Champs offered a creative solution and the best price for an alternative so we booked them. Any difficulty with scheduling came from our side, not theirs. They were flexible and understanding about our schedule. The work was done on time and looks better than I could have ever expected. They kept in contact. One thing that was very important to us was the contracting to be sure we were all on the same page and they were patient and responsive about our questions and concerns. He worked mostly with my husband who found him to be personable and professional while also easy going and enjoyable to be around.

Lepi, the owner of Concrete Champs came out the day after I contacted him. He spent quite a bit of time talking to us about what we wanted, etc. and we received a bid within a few days. Lepi was responsive to us, communicated with us in a timely manner. Something most of the other contractors did not do. We also felt his bid was reasonable. Lepi was also very open to giving us referrals which we took advantage of. His work was beautiful and the clients we talked to felt Lepi and his crew where great to work with. Concrete Champs were prompt and on time each day. The crew was quick and efficient. Very friendly and enjoyable to be around. Each day, Lepi cleaned up the surrounding area. The neighborhood sidewalks, street, etc. There was also a nursery stone terraced wall alongside our driveway. Lepi was very careful to not disturb any of the retaining wall. Lepi worked with us throughout the process to make sure we had the design, color and shading we wanted. The same was true of our existing backyard patio. He was able to get the color we originally wanted but didn't get from the first contractor. Concrete Champ's work was amazing. Everything looks wonderful and the new driveway, front patio and rounded steps to our front door frame the front entrance beautifully. We have had many compliments from our neighbors and complete strangers as well. A number of people have asked for Lepi's business card which I have been more than happy to supply. I'd use Concrete Champs again in a heartbeat.

Terrible. The owner did not have a crew of men, just him. It was a large job that turned into a big mess. There is concrete dust on my fence and patio that will not come off. The new steps were power washed and it caused a huge mess. My water bill is triple because of the washing that was needed done. I am very unhappy with the way the work turned out but because the owner is a very nice man I continued to let him finish the job.

I contacted 8 companies and most did not even bother to return my calls, including one who was already doing concrete work right at the job site. I managed to get 3 bids eventually. One was from a well established company, professional, but a little high, possibly because they weren't really interested in such a small job. The other seemed like he had concrete experience, but was completely inexperienced with the business side of running a concrete company. He came way, way above everyone else. He obviously overestimated the amount of concrete and work required. I don't always go with the lowest bidder; I try to evaluate the competency of the contractor by asking discreet questions. No sense in going with the lowest bidder if you also get the lowest quality. In my case, the highest bidder seemed the most inexperienced. In contrast, Lepi, the owner of Concrete Champs, worked with me on price, explaining to me exactly how he arrived at his price. His open and honest approach was refreshing. To top it off, he undercut everyone else on price. It was obvious to me that Lepi was not new to the business. In this case, the lowest bidder seemed just as competent as the most professional and established company, so I hired him. Lepi arrived first thing Monday morning. He spent about 1.5 days cleared the site, preparing the forms, compacting the sand and gravel sub-base, and tying in the rebar. When the concrete truck arrived, he brought 2 other men in to help with the pour. 3 hours later, the concrete was down. All that remained was the wash, which was done on the 3rd and final day. My patio looks awesome, the job site was clean, and I was happy with the work.

Always communicated clearly and showed up on time. I was very comfortable with them performing work at my home while I was not there. I would definitely use this company for any future concrete work. <br />

I will use Concrete Champs for any concrete job. 

We contacted a number of concrete companies on Angies list a few weeks ago to get quotes.  We needed to widen our driveway to cover an area of dirt and weeds and also put concrete on the side of our house where trash containers and are kept.  Lepe came the same day that we called him and gave us the best quote out of everyone we talked to.  He also had a number of suggestions for improving on our plan.  For instance, our property slopes up hill to our neighbors.  Lepe mentioned that if we poured a driveway, then rain could cause mulch and dirt from our neighbor's property to spill onto our driveway and suggested that adding a small curb could stop this problem and could also help people that park on the new driveway (since the addition would be at an angle and not simply parallel to the existing driveway). <br>Lepe emailed an official quote that we were happy with and he began the work just a few days later.  He arrived early each day and did a wonderful job.  What I appreciated was that he went above and beyond in a number of ways.  We had an existing gate in poor repair in one of the places we wanted concrete that I had intended to take down.  When he showed up to prep one area, he simply took it down himself with no problem and was careful to preserve the panels and hinges since I hadn't mentioned we were going to replace it.  He also installed new posts and cut them to the right height.  After putting up the concrete forms, I asked him if we could extend the concrete to some different places and he was happy to move the forms.  Our concrete was going to be exposed aggregate, but I asked if he could leave a small smooth area for our kids to put hand prints and he did that with no problem. The work took four days and looks GREAT.  He also came back a few days after he poured to pressure wash everything and seal the concrete.  I asked if he could pressure wash our pre-existing driveway and he said he had a job later that day, but since he didn't need the pressure washer he said I could use it for a few days, which saved me a $75 rental from Home Depot.  The whole time, Lepe was always available by text message to answer any questions talk about scheduling etc. <br>We were more than pleased with the work performed and wouldn't hesitate to use ConcreteChamps again.  Our neighbor saw the extension and the curb and talked to Lepe the same day to schedule work at his own home.  Lepe was easy to work with, prompt to respond, very reasonable price wise, and provided quality work. <br> <br> <br> <br>

The whole project took about 5 days total. He tore out our old broken driveway and replaced it while we were gone on vacation. I came home 2 weeks later and was able to park my car in the driveway with no problems. Lepi was very easy to work with. He addressed all my concerns and followed up with me after I returned home to make sure I was satisfied with the job.  <br /> <br />

I am very pleased with the customer service, price, and support from Concrete Champs.  I was remodeling my house and the builder had his subcontractor make a bid.  The subcontractor gave a high price and seemed like they didn't need to earn my business.  So, I called Concrete Champs.  Not only did they beat the price of my builder's subcontractor - but Lepi came out on a weekend to meet my wife and I and go over what we wanted and added his design thoughts.  We were so impressed with Concrete Champs (Lepi) communications as he emailed us various concrete stamps to choose from and also color.  He started the work when he promised and finished it on time and on budget, as well.  Lepi is new to the Seattle area and it shows how hard he is working to gain a client base with his superior customer service, price, and quality.  We will be calling him again to help design a concrete feature that will contain our house number.  This is the first time I've written a review on Angie's list - so when I do write a review, a contractor has to "knock my socks" off.  If you are in the greater Seattle area - check out Concrete Champs and you (like me) will be pleased.
