Crew was extremely meticulous to details. They were very neat and accommodating as we live in a development that has a lawn service. They moved all of their equipment to allow for the landscapers to do the lawn work.

Fred and the crew got the job going quickly, and work they did. We had slate stamped with darker boarders and it came out magnificently, better than we thought. We get lots of compliments and slow drive byes.

EXCELLENT JOB. I had contacted a few companies to do the work. Fred was reasonable and the most responsive to what I wanted to have done. His communication was great and while I pondered over color, he sent me several photos to help with my choice. I was at work when his crew did the tear out and he sent me photos during the day which I appreciated. His crew was so hard working. They cleaned up after each day and power washed my driveway when the job was done. I could not be happier with their work. Several neighbors stopped by saying how good it looked. Would definitely recommend.

Fred and his staff were beyond amazing. We had some foundation requirements along with special styling and they achieved all of our requests with extra care. The rough design was turned into a patio that we were imagining in our dreams. They warned us of their busy schedule and still beat their estimated time of completion by over two weeks. We have several tradesmen peers who were astonished by the quality of the work. The quality of the stamping and finishing work was done above expectations. They colored, power-washed, and used a high end sealer with grit to finish. The turnaround time from when they started the job to end was around 4 days. We could walk on it after a few days.

The craftsmanship is incredible. The pattern is cobblestone and visitors believe it is real stone. There were a couple minor issues, including 4 feet wide instead of 3 in one area and a delay in getting our stairs attached. The crew is fantastic and very professional.

Fred's crew did a great job in all respects.  This is very hard work, and they worked very quickly and efficiently, demonstrating expert level knowledge and experience.  Watching them work was like watching a professional sports team... they know the work, period.  <br /> Fred also helped me out with excellent design ideas, and I get complements from people all the time on the work.  It really made a huge difference in the look and fee of my back yard.  We hardly use our deck now as we prefer the patio that Fred and his crew put in. <br /> I give these guys the highest recommendation... I don't think you can go wrong with them. <br />

PLEASE READ: REVIEW OF PATIO LESS THAN ONE YEAR AFTER INSTALLATION! <br /> First please take a look at the subject of the reviews and you'll notice they are only in regards to installation.  They were adamant about writing a review on angies list as soon as patio was installed, as you can see that yields to high reviews. <br /> We chose Color Stamp Concrete based on their reviews from google and angies list (again people only commented on the install and how the patio looked the day the job was complete).  As displeased as I am with the outcome, I cannot take away the installation experience which seems to be the bulk of the reviews.  Yes they were timely, professional, fast, etc. <br /> Long story short the sealer they use did not last, in our experience, more than 3 months which ultimately leads to an unsightly outdoor space (consider our patio has a balance of shade and sun).  I have had neighbors looking to install a patio come over and look at the patio with disgust and I recommended they use anyone else but Color Stamped Concrete.  I can appreciate there are better products on the shelf than others, but what I cannot accept is the way our concerns were handled not even a year after the patio was installed.  Fred came off as condescending and disrespectful to both my wife and myself when we asked him to standby his product as he said he would to us multiple times during installation.  When being informed the sealer would last 12 months and would have to re-applied every year we were fine with, however first signs of chipping/peeling started 3 months after install, clearly we were displeased with false advertising on top of poor customer service. <br /> Good news is I have remedied the problem by stripping/staining/re-sealing the patio myself.  If anyone reads this posts and has the same problem please comment and I can reach out to you about what methods you need to take to resolve your issue (for a 600 sq ft patio it will cost you about $800).  Also, if you wrote an initial review please write a follow-up and don't let CSC rip off potential customers. <br />

SIMPLY THE BEST!  Like any other cost conscience consumer, I vetted their price against multiple competitors, but boy was that ever a waste of time - these guys smashed the competition.  Fred was incredibly professional, friendly, and boy was it a treat for my 3 Y.O. to watch the concrete truck!  The work was superb, fast, and well-done.  I cannot say enough position things about my experience.  My only complaint is that I didn't have enough money to have them do more! <br />

<p>Colored Stamped Concrete?s installation of our new patio and walkway was a very positive experience from the start.   Fred was responsive and professional every step of the way.   He arrived on time for the initial estimate, was available for questions, and returned at a time convenient to my wife?s work schedule to walk through design options.   Fred stood behind his original quote and worked with us and provided sound advice as we finalized our style and color.   We also found the price to be competitive as we did price several other contractors, including pavers.  </p> Colored Stamped Concrete was also accommodating in scheduling our job.  Once the permit was approved work started the next business day as promised and completed on scheduled.   When I inspected the final work, the high quality and attention to detail was very evident.   Highly recommended, exceeded expectations!  We would not hesitate to use Colored Stamped Concrete again. <br />

Started on time, crew started 7 am each day.  Four day job, courteous, professional and well organized.

Everything went Incredibly well! I contacted Fred after seeing reviews in Angie's List. I was not at all sure what exactly I wanted as far as colors, patterns, etc. Fred came to the house and walked me through everything, made suggestions and demonstrated an incredible amount of knowledge and professionalism. Once we agreed on what work was to be done (I opted to follow all of Fred's suggestions) he reassured me that changes to the color and patterns could be made right up to the day before the work was going to be performed. He stated that it looked to be a 4 day job and described what would likely be done each day. <br /> Later that evening I received the estimate and diagram by e-mail. I had received an estimate prior to calling Fred from a company that used EP Henry. Fred's estimate was half of what the other estimate was, and Fred's estimate included the 35 ft sidewalk, which was not a part of the EP Henry estimate. <br /> as aware that I was going to have all this work done and asked if they could repair 3 sections of his walk while he was out at my house. I check with Fred and he provide the estimate. <br /> I live alone and it just happened that I found out at the last minute that I had to go out of town and would not be back until the afternoon of the last day. Fred reassured me I had nothing to worry about. He was right. I came home the afternoon of the last day of work and Fred and his team had just left. Everything looked amazing! Perfectly done with a lot of pride. Everything was neat and clean. Neighbors stopped by to tell me how great everything looked and how professional Fred's team was. To top it off, my neighbor asked Fred, while he was doing the contracted work, if he would also look at replacing an old patio pad in the back. Fred's guys got that done too! <br /> I have already told everybody I know about my experience with Color Stamp Concrete, Inc. and feel totally confident in recommending them to everyone. You won't be disappointed! <br />

It went like clock work.  Friday they came and did the framing, Monday they poured the cement and did the stamping, Tuesday they did the sawing and protective coat.  They worked in unison very well - it was fun to watch.  They had great suggestions as to the type of stamp and colors to use - they are good at what they do.  I highly reccomend this company and am glad I went with stamped concrete over pavers. <br />

WE ARE SATISFIED WITH THE COMPLETED WORK AND APPRECIATE THE COMPANY TAKING CARE OF OUR NEEDS. WE PLAN ON USING THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

Fred was responsive and extremely helpful in planning the project.  He gave us some options that we hadn't previously considered.  His price was extremely competitive, and the result is high quality.  We've received many compliments on the new look.

We called Fred at Color Stamped Concrete because we were fed up waiting for another contractor who took our money and was never showing up to finish our job.  He ripped up our front AND back walkway and would not come back to finish the job after he had been paid for the majority of the work.  That contractor is not on Angie's List but I would be happy to share his name because NO ONE should ever use him. <br /> Fred and Mark came to the rescue and really helped us out. They showed up in a few days with a full team, were able to find someone to deliver the concrete quickly and in two half days worth of work, completed what the other contractor could not get done in weeks where he had beautiful weather in which to  work. <br /> Color Stamped Concrete, Inc. performs high quality work, traveled a long distance to get to our home and are professional and knowledgeable.  We would definitely recommend them and are looking forward to using them to do other work at our home. <br /> Of course, we were frustrated with the total cost of the project because of what we had to pay two contractors.  We wish we had called Color Stamp Concrete from the very beginning.

Fred and Mark and their team did a wonderful job!  Fred answered all my calls and emails and communicated consistently until all our questions were met, and the design was just the way we wanted it, and kept it within our budget.  They started at the day and time they said they would, their workers were efficient and knew what they were doing and cleaned up the yard after they left each day, nothing was left behind.  Both Mark and Fred answered any questions we had as the work progressed and made sure we were happy with everything before they left.  We're very happy with the results and glad we chose them to do this job - highly recommend! <br />

Mostly everything went as well as could be hoped. Because the existing concrete was far deeper than expected a big jackhammer had to be brought in and this added an extra day to the job. I will give the pros and cons.  <br /> Cons: Picking color and pattern from a website is incredibly difficult. It really is. Until it was done there were real nerves about that. <br /> Pro:  The Color Stamp Concrete team have a great eye for this however and helped enormously. It turned out beautiful. It butts up right next to another patio I have that is all herringbone EPH pavers and frankly this looks nicer, has far less maintenance and will stay beautiful longer than my pavers.  <br /> Cons: When the whole thing was actually going to start.. updates, contacting..not the best at communication at times. <br /> Pros: Honestly, what difference does a day or two make with a patio I will have for years and years. Once they did start they worked like crazy to get everything just right. I have nothing but positive to say about their work ethic and their team. Fred may not be the warm and fuzziest contractor that you've ever had, but his work ethic is fantastic, his honesty and attention to detail is great, and he is absolutely driven to make everything exceed expectations. I don't think you can go wrong with these guys and I have referred them to several people. <br /> If I can post pictures I will. <br /> <br /> <br />

Arranged to have them come out on the 26th to start the project - Fred said they would be there at 7am - they arrived punctually at 7am and immediately started working  - had the area prepped for the concrete by 1:30 and said they would be back in the morning to pour the concrete.  They arrived promptly at the time they said they would and again started to work - fastened (taped plastic tarp to the wall of the house to ensure no concrete was splashed on the wall and went to work, pouring the concrete, smoothing and leveling - applied walnut color to the outside border of the patio and then began the stamping process (included hand painting the medallion).  When the stamping was completed - they cleaned up the work area and left for the day - to return the following day to complete the job (cut the expansion joints and apply the Vexcon coating) - due to  a change in the weather - called and requested that they complete the job on Thursday vice Wednesday - this was acceptable to me and the job was completed as agreed upon. <br /> Fred <em>and</em> his crew were punctual, professional, courteous (did not hear any of the sort of language you may expect from a group of guys working outdoors in the heat and humid weather, informative (took the time to explain what they were doing at all the steps of the job and giving the reasoning behind each step).  The crew seemed to really enjoy the job they do and could be described as perfectionist (checked and double checked each item to make sure it looked right).  They even went so far as to build a lid for the opening to the craw space (using 3/4 inch pressure treated plywood the counter sunk the cover so that it would be level with the rest of the patio and strong/safe enough to ensure no one would fall through).  <br /> I will definitely be using Fred and his crew again in the very near future - (going to have my driveway and steps to my home replaced as well as another patio constructed in the front yard.  <br />
