Reviews
Write a ReviewJoe and his wife were wonderful to work with!
Joe and his team saved my 50 year old pool, making it look like new through their hard work and creative solutions. The cost was reasonable for the work and I am grateful I found them! I highly recommend them!
We hired Concrete Pools to level our above ground pool and install a new liner. They did a great job! They are super friendly, good communicators, came and completed the work on time and cleaned up when they were done. They are not over-priced and seem to love what they do and make sure their customers are happy with the outcome. I would recommend them to anyone needing their services!
Fantastic results!
Concrete Pools is the BEST pool repair and refurbishment/upgrade company you can ever find and TRUST.
Joe was pleasant to work with. Kept us informed of progress. Did extra needed addition of drainage around decking. Angled the pool cement so all corners matched.
We were very pleased with the new pool lining installation and foam padding that we requested to also be installed around all of the walls of our 16 x 32 in ground pool per Joe's recommendation. We were pleasantly surprised when we discovered they also installed foam padding along the entire bottom of the shallow end all the way down the slope to the deep end at no extra charge. Our pool is the talk of the neighborhood now with how soft it feels when wading in the shallow end. Not only were we pleased with the job we hired them to do but they also fixed our automatic pool opener that before had never worked correctly by replacing the original guide rope that was severely warn with a new one and again did not charge any extra. If that wasn't enough when it was time to start circulating the water our pool pump was frozen up and would not budge so Joe came back the next day and got it working for us and again did not charge any extra for that service. I have already recommended Concrete Pools to my boss who needs pool work done and will be sure to recommend them to everyone else I know who needs any type of pool repair or new installation. My wife and I couldn't be any more pleased with the execution of our job and the stellar service we received always with a smile. Do yourself a favor and at least obtain a quote and recommended course of action Concrete Pools suggests for any pool project you have in mind.
They kept us informed of delay due to subcontract services
Replace liner on 18by4 foot pool and replace a small section of metal it was over 12 hundred dollars had to empty my pool they came back to get a rock under the liner I had a foam liner on top of the sand Joe told me that did not belong there it was supposed to be on the sides so he did not put it back but it actually does go on the floor before the liner now I have another sharp object under my liner I will have to drain a second time and I will go buy the foam that actually goes on the bottom this would have never happened if he put the foam where it belongs and I will end up paying three hundred dollars for water. Not happy at all I do want to say he and his son Cooper are very nice people but I would never hire them for anything.
I charged you $850 for the liner and the labor to replace it. It was an additional $240 to fix the rust hole in the wall. The wall foam the was under your existing liner had wrinkles in it and was held together with duct tape. I told you we would never get it to lay flat and that most above ground pools the liner sits on top of sand. You said that is fine remove it. The entire problem stems from the fact that you wanted us to fill in some low spots with some sand that you would provide. I told you at the time to buy pool sand and said ?I will just dig some up from the lake that I fish at? You said it would be clean sand.
