Conditioned Air was started by Jim Culpepper in 2007; he has 30+ years of experience in the heating and AC industry. Jim’s team includes his son James, nephew Taylor, and Nick. Married to his high school sweetheart Debbie since 1980, they have 3 adult children – Kelsi, Caitlin and James. Rounding out their family are chocolate lab Coco and “monster mutt” Cullie. We are honored and delighted to: repair or replace your AC/heating system; improve your airflow and air distribution; give you tips to improve your equipment’s operation; answer all your questions without going into “geek speak.” For a dedicated team who takes great pride in their work and has some fun in the process, call us today.
