Conditioned Air was started by Jim Culpepper in 2007; he has 30+ years of experience in the heating and AC industry. Jim’s team includes his son James, nephew Taylor, and Nick. Married to his high school sweetheart Debbie since 1980, they have 3 adult children – Kelsi, Caitlin and James. Rounding out their family are chocolate lab Coco and “monster mutt” Cullie. We are honored and delighted to: repair or replace your AC/heating system; improve your airflow and air distribution; give you tips to improve your equipment’s operation; answer all your questions without going into “geek speak.” For a dedicated team who takes great pride in their work and has some fun in the process, call us today.

In the middle of the Summer my a/c decided not to work and they were very accommodating coming out quickly and fixing everything right away. They did an excellent job! I will definitely recommend and use them, again.

Owner,Jim,picked up the phone immediately when I called and stopped by that same evening to review my house and next day received an estimate with three options for furnace replacement. Price was 1000 less than our other estimate. His team was here promptly on time two weeks later for install. Cleaned up afterward. Didn't get a bill until the next week. Two weeks after work was completed received the electric rebate docs in the mail from Jim to submit. And one month later I'm pleased with no issues whatsoever.

They did a great job.They weren't the cheapest, but they are a family outfit and that is the kind of people I think do the best and really care. The cost included the service call, parts, and labor.

Great. I was able to call the owner directly and he answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure that we had cool air throughout the house. I will use them for all my furnace and AC issues in the future.

I called Kathleen after hours and explained what I needed. She was upfront with the cost and was very friendly. She said she would call me the next day with a time when the technician would be over. She did just that. Taylor, came and got the furnace working. He was very friendly, respectful, and nice to work for. They were the only company that gave me labor rates. Every one else refused to give that to me even though the parts for my furnace was covered under warranty.

My furnace wasn't firing up and Jim came right out to look at it. When he saw I already replaced one part while trying to self-diagnose he asked if I wanted to replace the part he found I really needed myself in order to save on installation costs and I did. He ordered it for me to pick up, gave me his cell number and said just call if I had any questions while installing. Well I screwed it up and he came out and fixed everything properly and didn't even charge for the call back. You don't get service like this anymore. I wish these guys fixed cars too! I'd hire them in a minute. I've also hired them in the past for rental properties I've had to fix things other HVAC guys could not. When friends mention they need anything heating or cooling related done I'm confidently able to say, "Oh yeah? I've got a guy."

I used Conditioned Air a few years ago to replace a furnace at a different location. I had a great experience back then and remembered them. <br> <br>I called Conditioned Air this morning because my furnace (different location than where they replaced a furnace) was not triggering consistently at the thermostat set point. I was able to get a diagnostic service call the same day. Kathleen answered the call right away, did a fantastic job coordinating with her company, and was quick and responsive when I messaged her with follow up communications later. Taylor was my technician and he arrived a few minutes earlier than our scheduled time. He was pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. The source of the problem was a dirty flame sensor, so he took some time to clean it for me. He said he would only charge me for the trip since it only took a few minutes to clean it. Taylor explained what he did, recommended preventative maintenance on the furnace, and described what a furnace tune up would entail. Before he left, he brought us Girl Scout Cookies, and my favorite flavor too! I haven't had such a thoughtful service provider before! <br> <br>Conditioned Air has consistently provided me with a positive experience - great communication, prompt service, quality work, and fair pricing. It is obvious that they want to be there for you for the long haul! <br> <br> <br>

They are not the cheapest but neither are they the most expensive. They are responsive and explain things. I am a woman and they treat me with respect. They do extra little things, which they don't really have to do but do while they are waiting around and don't charge you. They go above and beyond.

The installation was fine. The guys were pleasant. It was quick and they did a good job. Afterwards I found out they installed an auto thermostat that was more expensive. I chose to pay the extra and keep it.

I called Jim the owner on Saturday which was getting to be a very hot day and he was able to come out that same day within an hour and fixed our A/c. Amazing service. A week later we got in the mail a thank you letter and thanking us for using him to repair our A/s unit. He was very friendly and explained what we was doing to repair our unit. <br />

I had them out 3 times in the last 4 years. Once time was for an estimate and he did a little tuneup no my furnace, another one was to winterize my system, they fixed a part for about $97 and the last one was in April when I had a furnace installed with a humidity controller. I live alone and they treated me with respect and they explained stuff to me.

It was a little tough to connect with Jim in the beginning, but once I got on the schedule everything was great. He came out to the house to look at my system. I live in a townhouse, so I was concerned there might not be enough space to install. He determined there was enough space and scheduled the install. His son came out right on schedule to install. Very professional young man who knew what he was doing and answered all my questions. I was very happy, and have been happy with the difference it made in my home this past winter. No more shocks touching things around the house! <br />

Jim Culpepper, the owner, gave me just the right type of information I needed to make an informed decision about A/C manufacturers and contractors. I think it was his focus on proper installation techniques, knowledge of products, pricing, honesty and directness that led me to chose his company. In the end he delivered exactly what he promised and in a very professional manner. I couldn't be happier with his company or my new A/C. The install team was prompt and professional, they did a great job and cleaned everything up when they left. They explained how to run the unit, and offered assistance if I should have any questions in the future. I would definitely recommend and use them again. <br /> <br />

It went well. They had a "No heat call" in the morning, so they called me promptly and informed about the delay. <br /> They arrived and quickly installed the Humidifier and explained how to use it, change filter etc., Once done, they cleaned up very well and also picked up the old humidifier as well. <br /> I've also asked them to Install my programmable thermostat. They did it as well and everything was okay. <br /> Once they left, I switched on the fan in the furnace and this made my AC to run. I call Jim right away and he instructed me to switch off everything and he was back there within 10 minutes and he fixed the wrong connection with the Thermostat as well. <br /> I was very pleased with Conditioned Ait, Jim and his crew and will have no second thought, If I would have to hire them backl. <br />
