Devin is very, very thorough. His work is meticulous and will make changes without hesitancy. We had several changes after the work began and he met these changes with little difficulty. Excellent contractor and very professional. His book keeping is very precise. We have actually hired him for more remodeling!!!

Tile work was impeccable! Installation of tub and shower was perfect. vanity sink and mirror were as hoped for! The only reason the work qualify is a 4.5 and not 5.0 is that some of the paint work was less than great and this was due to a helper that I think was new or rarely used. Rough opening for 5 ft. wide bi-fold doors was a little off and the finished doors were a little out of size for the opening but looks fine. Starts when he said and works until finished. No going to other jobs. I would hire him again in an instant.

The contractor did an amazing job! We showed him some ideas that we had from the internet and he walked us through, step-by-step to recreate our vision. He was very receptive and knowledgeable. HIs attention to detail was impeccable. We could not be happier with the way that our backsplash turned out. It totally transformed our kitchen!

We hired Devin to completely remodel our bathroom (tub, surround, sink & toilet, window replacement, new ceramic tile floor, exhaust fan, trim and painting) and are very happy with the results. He answered all our questions and made helpful suggestions, provided us with an accurate, detailed estimate, and performed quality work in every phase of the project. He will definitely be the person we call the next time we need to hire a contractor.

The title of the project is misleading. We had two bathrooms remodeled (not laminate/wood/stone floor install) and we are absolutely pleased with the results. Condon Construction is a top notch, professional contractor that performs high quality, thorough work at great value. Devon has a keen awareness of customer service. He is very accommodating, keeps you informed and tackles project impediments professionally, involving the customer in his decisions. His advice on options was sound, with a knack for design. We would not hesitate to use him on future projects or recommend him to friends/acquaintances (we already have).

We found Condon Construction v ery easy to work with & they were very attentive to our needs & preferences. We were consulted at every staage of the .process. The work done is beautiful; the tile looks just awesome. Everything that needed to be done structurally was taken care of first and done very well. We love our new bathroom & would definitely recommend Condon Construction!

Devin is a professional. We were impressed from the minute he came in to evaluate our problem. His estimate was detailed and accurate and very competitive. He is a solid communicator and explained everything he was going to do to fix our shower and when it came to the actual work, went above and beyond to make sure that he was thorough and the work would last the lifetime of the house. His work is meticulous and we are very pleased with how it looks. We would definitely recommend Devin and plan to use him again.
