Do not hire. Having to file a lawsuit to recover deposit for the work that was not completed. Not completely sure if condor is a real company. Hired for a 3 day job, back in July, fired in October because of failure to perform.

Condor Fencing is the WORST company I have ever worked with! DO NOT use them for any service, you will regret it and will be left with subpar and/or incomplete work. We hired Condor to install a board on board fence and from the moment we handed over the check it was a painful experience. Scheduling was a nightmare and we experienced delay after delay even to the extent that it resulted in a 2 week delay in the construction of our pool that was going in at the same time. They make promise after promise and never come though. They are rude and treat you as if you are an inconvenience to them. After months of trying to get a completed installed fence we are left with splitting boards, gaps, splintering wood, and poles that are not up to local code. The last issue is the most frustrating, the fence was installed in such a haphazard manner that the posts are just randomly placed instead of measured out resulting in several being at a distance that is not with in the requirements of the city ordinances. This was brought to our and Condor’s attention by the City inspector that was out inspecting our pool construction. You would think a business would respond to city code violations but not Condor, they couldn’t care less. We were promised that someone would be out to fix the issue when the fence was completed in August of 2016, it is now February 2017 SIX MONTHS LATER and we still have not had our fence repaired and brought up to code. We will now have to hire a second company to repair and bring up to code the fence we paid thousands for 6 months ago. My experience is not limited and I wish I had investigated prior to hiring them but we live and learn. They are flagged and unsearchable on Angie’s list (you get a message that Condor doesn’t meet their standards) and they are under investigation with the BBB due to the high volume of complaints. Condor and all of its employees should be ashamed of themselves. They are quite simply thieves, they take your money and disappear. Avoid this company at all costs, you might pay more with another company but at least you will end up with a fence!!

As stated - the original review 03/31/2013 was an A - 4yrs later they refuse to stand behind their warranty (they wont respond) so- the warranty is rated F. You NEED to know this if you decide to hire them. You will see on their website they claim to have a 5 yr warranty. HA! what a joke.

Absolutely horrible experience. Paid $675 down payment on March 9, 2016, was told they were a bit behind (about 1 month), which was fine, however, I had to constantly hound them to finally come complete the job, which was not completed until June 24, 2016. I explained to the installers exactly how I wanted the gates to swing in (from the front of the house) and provided the measurement for each gate. Once the job was completed, the installers never came and notified me the job was complete so that I could inspect the finished work. When I reviewed the finished product, I was extremely disappointed. Most all the rod iron had scratches on the surface, all the way through the baked on paint coating. The welds looked like they were completed by a 10 year old. On one side of the house, the rod iron fencing was not installed true/straight. On the right side of the house, the gate swung outward toward the front of the house (opposite of what I had requested). I immediately called Condor fencing to notify them of my dissatisfaction. One of the project managers came out to review and simply started spray painting the surface of all the rod iron with spray paint bought from a local hardware store. I mentioned to him that this would resolve the issue with the scratches and that the baked on coating was much more resilient than a spray paint coating, to which I was basically given the run around and told if they spray paint faded off the surface they would come back to reapply. I placed a call with the owner the next day to discuss and did not receive a response. The following day, while doing yard work, one of the gates fell off as I was opening it, due to the faulty welding job, and fell on my foot, cutting open my foot and two toes. At this point I was livid and called to talk to the rep and owner. The same person that came out to spray paint the surface of the rod iron told me he and the owner had talked and that they would be replacing ALL the rod iron with rod iron that was not scratched. I was told they would order the parts and be back out as soon as possible to replace. After waiting 6 weeks with no feedback on when the rod iron would be replaced, I reached the owner, Shawn, who gave me the run around and told me he would have to come inspect the rod iron first before replacing, even though I was told 6 weeks prior they would be replacing the rod iron. Shawn inspected the rod iron and mentioned that the welds just needed to be cleaned up, even though I had explained the issues with the scratched rod iron. Shawn finally ONCE AGAIN agreed to replace the rod iron. I was told it would be replaced as soon as the rain let up. 4 weeks later, nothing had been completed and Shawn gave me excuse after excuse, including the guys are working slower due to the heat and the rain is getting in the way, even though they had over 2 months time elapse since they had agreed to replace the material. Finally Shawn the owner quite replying to my requests and completely ignored my phone calls and texts. I ended up having American Express reverse the charges and I contacted an attorney that I use for other business, who is ready in case there are issues with the reversed charges from Amex. I have saved texts and voice conversations in which the owner and other rep agreed to replace the material. I would highly recommend NOT using this company as they have serious issues with quality/workmanship and the way they handle business.

Originally the fence looked the part.  There were a couple of minor splits to boards that I did not bother mentioning.  Within a couple of months the gate by the driveway had shifted so much that it became unusable.  After contacting Condor, they eventually sent someone out to make some repairs to the gate. It took two weeks to get his guy out here.  The repairs looked to be fine, he actually replaced two other boards that he thought needed replaced from the minor splits and missed nailings.  We the gate continued to shift and move within another couple months that it was unusable.  The bottom of the gate would drag on the driveway, the gate latch could not close as the hardware did not match up from all the shifting.  I had to take the gate off and cut the bottom board just so we could use the gate until it could be properly repaired.  I contacted Condor yet again(keep in mind this is all within 6-7 months of the fence being installed) after several contacts and a couple weeks he sent out another guy(different guy from the first repair) I showed him and told him what had gone on.   I mentioned what repairs were done the first time, what I had to do to the gate just so it could be usable, and told him that it has to be that there was not nearly enough concrete used to properly set the posts for the gate.  He dug out the post, removed the gate door, and reset the post with what looked to be a good amount more concrete.  This was a Thursday or Friday.  He said we has not sure if he could get back tomorrow to finish the job, if not he would be back on Monday.  Well, he did not come back the next day, nor Monday, I called him on Tuesday, he said he would try to get out that week, he didn't.  I called Condor, they sent out yet another guy(3rd guy for the 2 repairs).  I told him the entire story about what had went on, what I had to do to make the gate usable, that the gate was so off, it could not latch etc....  Well they 3rd guy "finishes" and left.  Never said he was done, asked if it was okay, nothing.  I went out to see the work, the door is still off line by an inch, the gate latch still hits the fence when trying to close the gate, one post is missing the top cap that covers the post, he split the top board of the fence when putting the gate back together and the stones in the path were not replaced.  I have before and after pictures, I have multiple attempts at text messaging with Condor over several days with no response.  I contacted Condor yet again, was told he would have the 3rd guy contact me about the gate, but have heard nothing.   I got 4 quotes, Condor was the cheapest by far.  I asked several questions during the quoting period about wood, how much cement was to be used, hardware etc...  Sounded like a good deal, so I went with them.  The fence itself looks good.  The gate work, subsequent repairs and customer service have been a nightmare.  The gate has been left in such a state that I will be contacting one of the other fence companies to redo the gate. Again I have pictures if needed.  UPDATE< THE GATE BY MY DRIVEWAY WILL NO LONGER CLOSE!  IT HAS SHIFTED THAT MUCH!! <br />

As the old adage goes "you get what you pay for" and that fits to a tee for this company.  I got several bids and went with one of  the least expensive but only after i was assured that it would be a quality job with quality materials.  Well long story short, this company Condor used a guy name Zeke to install the fence.  Zeke (1 man crew) didn't have the attention to detail that is required when installing fences.  By the end of the week I was left with some areas of fence that weren't level, bottom kickboards that had gaps, a gate that was put on backwards and quite a few boards that were split when they were nailed.  Not to mention the clean up that I had to do myself bc Zeke was quick to tell me he wasn't a "landscaper".  These items are only the tip of the iceberg.  the real problem lies in the company salesman.  During the whole process of construction (8+days), the salesman came to my house on only one occasion....and that was only to drop off materials.  I expected him to come daily and review the work of his company workers...but that never happened.  In fact any contact between me and the company were instigated by me when i was questioning what Zeke was doing.  The salesman failed to even come and inspect the fence when it was completed.  Our last communication consisted of the salesman apologizing for all the problems with Zeke and then him asking me for final payment. lol  I believe if the salesman had taken more of an interest in the project and reviewed the work regularly, I probably would be much more satisfied.  Be careful with this company. <br />
Response from Condor Fencing
"I am sorry about the issues you had with the salesman and the installer during the installation of your fence. Neither of those gentleman work for us any longer. Unfortunately, this is the first notification we have had regarding the problems you have listed in your review. We want the customer to be fully satisfied with the product they receive and I would be more than happy to send someone out to address your concerns and make the necessary repairs."

The Condor team arrived to start work around 10am that morning.  It was a crew of 2 workers and my first thought is this will probably take 2 days.  My suprise when I returned home that evening around 6:30pm, the new fence was 90% completed!!  I spoke to the crew and they said they'll be finished in about an hour and that they were.  The fence was finished and they cleaned up the old fence material and scraps meticulously.  Only thing left was a little dirt on the driveway that I hosed away the next day.  Great job by Condor Fencing.  I'd recommend them to anyone!! <br />

I first asked for an estimate from them. The part I didn’t like is that it took them a week and a half to respond. But then he came out with an estimate. I just liked the salesman and the price. That's the reason I chose them. I had to call them back out because they missed about thirteen boards when they were nailing.

The service and build quality were top notch.  The board on board, pre-stained cedar fencing that Condor installed was top quality, and the price was extremely competitive.  Would highly recommend to anyone. <br />

Our fence posts were in good shape and they were able to reuse almost all of them. This naturally created some delay in completing the job. It takes a little more time in removal when you are reusing the posts, but all in all, the job was completed in a timely manner. We live in a very small city with lots of rules regarding fences, especially when you have a pool. They went the extra step to find out all the rules before hand and we had no trouble with the inspections either during or after the job was finished. In a word, the city was pleased, both in working with the contractor and with the quality of the work <br />

John was very responsive. He came out and gave us an estimate the same day we called and started the job that week. We had received 2 other bids at $15 and $16 a foot, so Condor's bid of $11 a foot, their quiick responce, and their reputation on Angies List is what sold us. <br /> After we had signed the contract, we got three other bids come in from companies we had called and weren't as responsive. Those bids were quite a bit lower (approx. $8.31 and $10.25 a foot) from highly rated Angies List companies. We made John aware of that, and he did reduce the price some. <br /> The fence looks great and I would not hesitate to use Condor again. I might wait for a few more bids to come back next time! <br />

The date of the job is an estimate.  <br /> The job went well, but AFTER the fence was installed, I had to make a call to have them come back out and clean up the pieces of concrete around the posts and in the yard. They did come back and clean the yard.   I also called regarding an entire section of the fence being WARPED at time of installation.  I spoke with the owner directly.  He then ignored my calls, wouldn't return my calls and have never heard back from them to come look at the problem.  I've NEVER heard back.  I even wonder now if I received CEDAR due to the cracking of the wood, its appearance and no response after job. <br />

It went well. The clean up could have been better. I found a decent amount of hardware after. I posts on the gate are a little loose, they could have used more concrete on those posts for sure.

Good job! Jon gave me a phone bid and stuck to it. On-time to all appointments. Homer & Arturo were hard-working, careful and polite installers who arrived at 930a with the right tools & materials and left at 430p after cleaning up everything.  Jon allowed my neighbor & I to split the charges on 2 credit cards -- a nice touch. I'll use them again. <br />
