Wonderful.

We just purchased a new construction home and were in the market for a home theater and audio system. I had three in-home estimates provided by well known Wilmington, NC area home theater companies. My experience with Chris, the Connected Home owner, was by far the best. The time he spent listening to me explain what I was looking for and then providing detailed recommendations and answering my questions was outstanding. The Sonos system he developed for us exactly fit my desires and the price was very reasonable. He ensured I understood his plan and that I was comfortable with it. He also recommended that my wife and I visit his showroom to listen to and put our hands on the equipment. We did the next day, and that greatly helped us make decisions on a few of the details of the system we ultimately installed. Chris' install team of Mike and Rob were professional, courteous, and very competent. They worked non-stop during the 7-hour install and ensured my wife and I could fully operate the system before they left. It sounds great and is very easy to operate! I would not hesitate to use Connected Home again and highly recommend them to anyone considering a home theater or audio system in the Wilmington area. <br />

Just doing a big move to Leland, NC we took a chance!  We got LUCKY.  My <br /> husband is knowledgeable about A/V (retired from the conference center <br /> business) and felt comfortable that Chris and his company was <br /> experienced enough for the job.  <br /> We were both extremely <br /> impressed with the results.   All was done with a great team - Chris, <br /> Dave and Nick knew exactly what they were doing.  When something didn't <br /> work they made suggestions or replaced until we were all on the same <br /> page.  It was a large job but they were up for the challenge.  Having <br /> worked with many contractor's in the past one thing I appreciated was <br /> they were neat and picked up after their work.  They were professional <br /> and all around personable.  <br /> Chris went out of his way to make <br /> sure we were 100% satisfied before and even offered to return once we <br /> got more furniture to adjust the surround sound.  Overall - great job <br /> and a great experience.  Hats off to a group of very talented young men. <br /> <br /> <br />
