Israel completed repair in a timely manner and tested all equipment before leaving. He is a certified technician. He was polite and friendly. I would recommend this company.

Isreal was punctual and fixed the problem easily. However, I was not made aware of the cost involved. Partly my fault, I should have asked, but I had already paid $60.00 for the service call. He charged the minimum of a 2-4 hour visit at $225.00 but also added charges for his travel and tool usage.
