Connphalt

We hired Willie the owner of Connphalt because of the reviews that were on Angie’s. After paying a “cash” deposit upfront, that he requested, we had excuse after excuse why they couldn’t show up. Finally when they did come, it wasn’t done properly! Our concrete driveway is cracked in 5 areas already , they left huge gashes in my driveway that was supposed to be filled in and buffed and they refused to respond to us or come back out and we can’t get a response from Willie! He set up a date to come back out and never showed up. So basically he took our money did a third of the job, left our driveway with cracks and gashes and never did any bills that the sides, never put rebar or wire mesh to hold the side concrete sections in so now that’s falling down and I would never recommend this company ever again. They also did the same thing and screwed our neighbor across the street by not finishing their driveway either after promising them they would be back to finish that it. Angie’s should investigate this scam and remove them! We had to report them to the Better Business Bureau and Department of professional regulations. I can’t believe someone can take your money, hard earned money especially from seniors and screw them over like he did to us and our neighbor.

It was fine. They did the work on what they said they would do and the work was fine.

Will and his crew were very professional and dependable. I had hired them to come do my patio and he provided me with a reasonable quote and there work exceeded my expectations. His attention to detail and how he went above and beyond to ensure that all aspects of the job were perfect will definitely lock me in as a repeat customer for future projects.

William from Connphalt was excellent to work with, he came out right away, and gave me a very reasonable quote. His crew was polite, they were very knowledgeable on all phases of construction and very respectful of my needs and expectations. I will definitely be using Connphalt again!!!

Connphault demoed and removed my old cracked sidewalk and made my back yard beautiful. They poured a large patio and new sidewalks. They suggested a radius sidewalk leading to the garage which is very pleasing to the eye. They even repaired a low spot in my driveway on the way out for a very small fee.. couldn’t be happier! Thanks again!!
