"We will not issue any credit to the customer and here is why: My worker did all the demolition in the house. Then we did a favor to the owner by helping install the vent, as the coupon deal purchased by customer did not include vent installation. Furthermore, we have referred the customer to mold remediation professional and this company also does other handyman activities and drywall which makes me believe that the customer then hired them to finish the job. I went out of my way, cooperating with the customer and at the end he “betrayed” me. Now, obviously Angie’s got a percentage out of the coupon price too! We had a tight schedule and First customer delayed me by one week while waiting for mold remediation and I had to accommodate and at the end I still have to pay my employees even if they did not work on site. So I don’t feel that we owe any money to the customer, as stated in coupon that it’s not refundable once the work has started. The customer is also responsible for dumpster cost as I only help in facilitating the delivery of dumpster."
"The same contractor has worked on 12 other projects for me, and we received an EXCELLENCE AWARD last YEAR! AND honestly if that was the case, why didn't you say anything at the time, I could have made my contractor go back and do touch ups or cleaning or whatever else is required. You were ignorant at the time and didn't care, and all of a sudden almost a year later, you decided to write a review???"
"Thank you very much for your feedback!"
"Dear Member, Thank you so very much for a pleasant feedback and the opportunity to work on your project! Regards, Vitaly Chernikh"
"I can't believe that I am getting such a bad review here. How can you say that I am a bad communicator if I communicated with your wife throughout the entire process. You were not even involved at all!!! You got upset over the fact that Electrician's employee who is not working for me and a 3rd party, showed up the day after he did his work without a warning and I understand the inconvenience (you had to put the dog in the cannel -wow), but we are all people, and if the electrician didn't communicate to me, I don't believe that it would be enough basis to put stress on bad communication. So that's one. While you were on vacation we have completed your bathroom in 7 days and not 10. The bathroom looked beautiful and your wife complimented us and your family used it immediately upon return from vacation. But it is true that we got in trouble with permits, the city required us to pull building permit on tiling walls that no other city requests. So we had to come back and open walls so we can pass permits. Who do you think paid for all that labor, materials and permits??? Ask anyone in the business who pays for permits when they are being pulled? it's always the customer and not a general contractor! I never asked to reimburse me for any extra charge, but of course how would you know about it if you were not involved. I can tell that you are not a business owner and you take everything for granted. If you realized that your bathroom remodeled should of costed you $8,000 in labor only (based on complexity and design of tile and special electrical/plumbing needs) and you only paid for labor of my workers not including electrician $3,800, you wouldn't complain so much. At the end I made on your home a nice profit of minus $650 and I didn't say anything to you or your wife. I don't know if you expected a free job, or what else I could have done, but I did learn my lesson and now I express to the customers that there will be extra fees associated with pulling permit. However, I must admit that reading your message it sounds like a big baby whining. Sorry if I am offending you,but I am offended by your review. The review is written several month after the job was completed and you probably had a bad day and decided to spill it out without realizing how much you are hurting me or my business. Good luck in your life and hope you don't ruin other business's life and reputation. Please don't ever contact me again."
"Dear Member, thank you very much for your feedback!"
"Member, thank you very much for your review. I appreciate it! Let me know if I can be of help to you in near future."
"Thank you Member, can't wait to help you on another project!"
"Dear Member, I apprecieate you taking the time and providing me a positive feedback. Thank you and let me know if I can further help with any other projects."
"I wish you were present as you bought the coupon and you did not notice that we had $1200 budget limit for the materials included in the coupon. Neither your nor your son was involved in the entire process and it was his wife that had worked with us. So I feel that it would be only fair that she gave us the review. I have spent close to $1400 on this project and wanted to forgive the difference because the wife of your son was so easy to work with, but after this review I will be sending you a reciept and will demand the difference under the term of coupon. The wife was really really please with the job done, and I am surprised that you are not rating us with all A's???? She complemented my worker's work all the way."
"Member, Thank you for taking the time and writing a review."
"Thank you very much for your report."
"Thank you, I really appreciate your business."
