guy name brandon venditi work for the company come to my house with the contract ,i sign it and I gave to brandon 1,574 they went for the permit approval then after while they call me with the permit number and I paid another 1,878.56 since after that hem keep lying to me about the weather when I text Gustavo he text back with a bunch of lie then he stop texting. When I call them never return my call .I make my wife call brandon he said to my wife he Goin make he,s lawyer call us .they all are lies Gustavo and Jonathan and brandon. We have been waiting for our fence installation for over 14 months since signing a contract June of 2022. The materials have now been sitting in our driveway for over a week and no one is returning our calls.

Stay Away!!! The most unprofessional contractor (Gustavo) that I have ever worked with. Signed contract in April 2022, December rolls around and still no fence!!. I kept calling for an installation date and was number 17 on their queue for over two months. Runaround after runaround, excuse after excuse. I had to take these guys to court, lost time and 20% of my deposits in mediation. In front of the judge they claimed delays due to covid, weather, even mentioned Hurricane Ian that did not even effect our area, the judge laughed in their face. Believe the negative review posts they are true folks, beware!!

NIGHTMARE!!! Stay away!!! Not only after we signed the contract, did they take FOREVER to get the fence installed, they kept pushing our job back. At one point, we felt like maybe they just took our money and ran! That’s how long it took to complete the work! Finally after months, nearly a year to get the fence done, we found out from our association that a sprinkler was damaged in the process!!! Do they want to even consider helping us to pay the cost of the damage done to the sprinkler? Nope! This is an absolute nightmare. Do not use them. I cannot refer them to my neighbors who recently asked me about my fence! Stay away! You will be glad you did!

"We built your fence and passed inspections. You told us you loved the fence and are only upset because we would not cover the repairs of your sprinkler almost three months after we had installed you. When ever we break a pipe, we notify clients immediately and are experienced in repairing them. Our contract states very clearly that you must mark sprinkler lines along proposed fence area and the project manager reminds clients while we prepare the work site for installation. You failed to mark any lines and claim after months that we breached your sprinklers. This is why we are given a bad review..."

Gus Rivero is probably the most unprofessional contractor I’ve ever worked with. Project took over a year, and it felt like all I ever got from him was excuses and promises. In the end, I paid him MORE than the amount on my contract, this after he went back on his word (and I have the text messages to prove it). Fence is finally done 14 months later and looks ok, but don’t give your money to this clown. You can get another competitively priced company to do the work in literally a quarter of the time that it took this operation. I’m sorry I chose them and would have given this company a zero if I could have.

AMAZING COMPANY! These men were so communicative and kept me looked in the entire way. I would 100% use this company for future projects and would recommend them to anyone! It is hard to come across such trustworthy contractors. Finding CIS fencing was like finding a Diamond in the rough !!!

After receiving 3 estimates I decided to go with CIS Fencing. It is a family owned business and we like supporting small companies that are honest and fair. Gustavo went above & beyond to make sure the installation was done perfectly. The permit service was included, the cost was competitive and very professional.

It went perfectly. The job was completed on time, the work was done neatly and professionally, the price was reasonable, and a high level of communication was maintained throughout the project. Gustavo, the installer, was outgoing, and clearly explained the process. Based upon my experience with CIS Fencing, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

It was great. They quoted me a lot less than anybody else. They were fast. They came out and they were easy to work with. Jonathan was helpful. He knew what he was doing. He broke down everything for me. It took a week for the materials to arrive and the project only took 2 days to get done.
