Construction On Time is a full service flooring company serving South Jersey and Pennsylvania area specializing in residential flooring. We are a company with a very strong online presence and a reputation that we pride ourselves with. We provide hardwood, laminate and tile installations. Since our establishment in 2008 we have experienced growth throughout the years we have been in business, even through the years of recession.

Victor was so professional. He was responsive--i.e. callled the same day to follow up on inquiry, timely foolow up with estimate and scheduling of job. He and his staff were friendly, efficient and they did high quality work. They clenaed up and were very helpful moving a heavy piece of furniture back to the family room. After the installation was completed, Victor called to check our satifaction with the work done. The floor looks beautiful. Price was comparable and well worth it. I would definitley recommend Victor and his staff.

Everything was done to perfection and in a timely matter. I was very pleased with Victor on how he explained in great detail of the job in hand. He also provided an itemized estimate that I found to be a fair and reasonable price. Alex his brother came out to the job on time and worked his but off. I'm very happy with the results. I will be hiring them to do the upstairs flooring in the future.

had to return three times for repairs....not able to do some because it would have required too much damage and replacement. Finishing work was not what I would have wanted like finishing around fireplace hearth.

"It is been 9 months that we did this job and we appreciate the feedback , I m really sorry if you had a bad experience , we did finish the job in a timely manner for a good price , we see that you gave us a C for the price but you still accepted the estimate , we had to install a flooring product that you picked with a lot of color variation and we did the extra mile and replace more than 20 planks without of charge just to make sure you have what you wished , you did call us 3 times to replace wood planks because there where lighter than others and we did change them if you need anything that will suit your needs just let us know and we will take care of like we do with all our jobs , we do quality work and we are proud of it , please let us know if you need anything . Thank you Victor and team."

Went great, Victor was very easy to deal with and answered all my questions better then the bigger box stores. On the day of installation his guys showed up on time were professional and mannerly. Originally a 2 day job his guys came to me around 3:00 and asked to work late and finish is one day, I said sure. They worked late but able to save the PTO day since it was down to one day. would Highly Recommend.

We're very pleased with our dealing with Victor and his brother from Construction on Time LLC. Victor came to our property with flooring samples and was helpful in our choice of the best one for the room. The installation was done promptly and professionally. In the middle of the job we decided that we wanted an adjacent mud room done as well. This entailed another trip as well as additional measuring and ordering material which also was done quickly We highly recommend this company.

From square one, Victor was always very responsive to emails with the various questions I had about my particular project. It was apparent that he takes customer service seriously, and offered a very reasonable quote. After reading reviews about Construction on Time, and the positive experience I had with my communication with Victor, I decided to move forward with the project. The crew showed up when he said they would, and ready to work. Their attention to detail during the installation far exceeded my expectations, and I could not find a single flaw with any of the aspects of the job. The floor was expertly installed and I could not be happier with the finished product. I definitely recommend this company.

It went extremely well, could not have gone any better. Two crewmen sent by Victor at Construction On Time LLC were very knowledgeable and efficient. They started by removing the damaged floor, determined what they'd need to complete the job - which included some lumber they didn't have with them - so they went to a local Home Depot to get what they needed. From this point the work went step-by-step until it was completed - all in a single day. <br> <br>The two men knew exactly what they were doing, nothing got in their way, they were able to address and handle any problems along the way. It was very obvious to me that they both had much experience with floors, and the result was a completely repaired subfloor with a beautiful hardwood surface. <br> <br>I can't praise Victor and his crew enough - my only regret is that I don't have anything else for them to do. If I did, I'd hire them immediately. <br> <br> <br> <br>

I was about to give up on Angie's list as my experiences have not been good. However, this provider has restored my faith in giving it another shot. Provider was very professional with the initial visit and very punctual in getting estimate back (I needed some other items done in order to get the installation where I wanted it to be). The installer was very professional, and I am thinking about getting additional work done. I was so please with the professionalism, performance and price. <br />

Victor was so helpful and patient. He was at my house twice and his brother another time before I decided to hire him. He always arrived on time and responded to emails and phone calls promptly. He helped me pick the best product for my house. I love my new floors and plan to hire Victor again to do additional floors in the house <br />

Arrived promptly, examined the job carefully, the materials that I purchased and gave a reasonable estimate for the work along with helpful advice. Charge did not extend beyond that of the coupon. I will definitely call them again.

We had Victor out to do an estimate for flooring installation early in February. We then worked on getting a couple more estimates, but it seemed that Victor was the only one willing to be flexible with times to actually measure, and what products we could have installed for flooring. Victor was in and out in no time and measured so quickly and explained things to us very clearly on why we would want to do or not do certain things. He also gave us some flooring samples to keep to help us decide what products to go with. <br /> So it was a no brainer! He and his team then actually were able to start THREE days early due to a change in another client's schedule so that was great! <br /> We had a very easy time picking out the floor at Lumber Liquidators and once we picked it out Victor and his team did all the rest. <br /> Victor, Alex, and their workers were amazing. They were courteous and professional, clean and did an excellent job on our floors in some challenges circumstances. <br /> The challenges were that we needed to replace our horrible sub-flooring as well. This is not a trivial undertaking and took most of the time. They did such a great job you can really notice the difference in walking on the floors and it's a much more firm experience. Thank goodness. The floors were in pretty bad shape. <br /> The floor we picked worked really great in our space, and looks incredible. There were some tricky areas that they resolved very well with their flooring and molding, by adding another piece of molding to cover some gaps that couldn't be avoided because of how our house settles. Everything looks great. <br /> Once we save a bit more money we will probably hire them again next year to do the rest of the floors! <br />

Although I started my enquiry for the $999 for 200 sq.ft deal which did not work for me, I ended getting a different quote from Victor as my project was different. Victor's installer, Paulo, did a great job installing the hardwood. I can confidently say that Paulo did an amazing job. Very happy with the quality of work. So far I have been very happy by the service I am getting through Angie's.
