About us
Consuegra Tub Refinish has over 10 years of experience refinishing porcelain bathtubs, fiberglass tub, kitchen and bath counter tops, sinks, shower pans and ceramic tile countertops and shower walls. Additionally, we do major fiberglass and porcelain repairs on weak tub bottoms and shower floors. Bathtub refinishing also known as bathtub resurfacing, bathtub reglazing or bathtub re-enameling is the process of refreshing the surface of a worn, damaged bathtub to a like-new condition. This process typically involves repairing any damaged areas. Chips or cracks are repaired using Bondo or another type of polyester putty. After repairs are made the surface is prepped with an acid etching and ready to add the primer and porcelain paint. Once dried for 48 hours is ready to use.
