Emilio Flooring

I hired Emilio Flooring after seeing positive online reviews and after their estimator said the floor could be restored back "just like it was before." Before I paid the deposit and work started, we signed an agreement/SOW requiring replacement of warped hardwood planks, inspection of first-floor surfaces for damaged/nonconforming planks, preparation of the entire first floor, staining of new hardwood planks, and repolishing of the entire first floor to professional standards. The estimate also included a 192 quantity line item for unfinished hardwood material. That is not what happened. The replacement boards were left visibly lighter and unfinished/unblended, with significant gaps between replaced planks and the existing floor. The work was not completed or accepted. The original completion deadline was May 14, 2026, and more than seven weeks later we still have no resolution. They have stopped responding with any clear written commitment. I would not recommend hiring them.

We had a tub converted to a shower and can't say enough about how easy they were to work with. The project started and finished on time. Daily clean up kept our house very functional. We would recommend them without any reservations.
