After installing a part it still would not work. Steve was very fair about pricing to replace my old generator. And the replacement went without a hitch. He even took care of calling a plumber to re-fit the gas line which was included in the price.

I purchased the parts and the electrician installed everything. The electrician was prompt, professional and completed the work in a timely manner.  I am very happy with the work and would recommend Control Electric to anyone who needs electrical work done.  In fact, I have already given their number to a friend of mine who was looking for an electrician. <br />

<p>I bought a whole house automatic generator from Costco.  But when I got quotes from various so called reputable companies to do the installation I found that they had two installation prices.  One price was for if I bought the generator from them  and then a second, much more expensive price for installing a generator bought elsewhere.  These other installers were very arrogant and aggressive.  I contacted Steve, the owner of Control Electric and he quoted me a reasonable price, regardless of where I bought the generator from.  The crew that installed the generator were very friendly and professional.  They did an awesome job and cleaned up after themselves.  Steve visited the job site to make sure that I was happy with the job his crew were doing.</p> <p>There were a number of warranty issues with the generator and Control Electric handled the problem and made sure that the manufacturer resolved the issues in a timely manner.</p> <p>I have had the generator for two years now and Control Electric comes and does the scheduled maintenance without me having to worry about it.</p> <p>One of the best companies I have had the pleasure of dealing with regarding my home. Called this morning for an appointment.  An electrician was at my door by noon. <br /> Electrician found hot to hot short in split circuit  outlets. <br /> He fixed the problem  <br /> Would definitely use this business again. <br />

It was a gift. They were professional. They cleaned up their mess, though there was hardly any. They did have to run the line through the house. Everything was done great. They were here and there were no problems with punctuality. They did a fabulous job and I didn’t have to sweat one thing or anything. They were in and out and it works great. We have never had a problem with it. I would recommend them to anybody.

<p>I was having drywall replaced and decided at the last minute that we could use more lighting in that room.  Control Electric was able to squeeze us in the following day so that we didn't hold up our drywaller.  They were very professional and prompt.  I can't remember the exact price, but it was very fair for the amount of work done and the cans provided.  I will definitely hire them again for future projects.</p> <br />

Owner Steve came out to our house promptly when I called for an estimate.  He checked out our system and asked about any issues we had with our electrical system (nearly 60 year old house) and made suggestions to improve it.  He thoroughly explained what he proposed to do. <br /> Steve got back with me quickly with an estimate which compared very favorably with another estimate I had gotten.  We decided to go with his quote and he was able to schedule our work to be done the next week.   <br /> The two electricians who did the work were punctual and did a good job, even coming back the next day to finish the job when it took longer than expected. They cleaned up after themselves and hauled away the old equipment and trash.   <br />   <br /> I would call Control Electric again  if I needed any other electrical work done. <br />

I called Control Electric <strong>yesterday </strong>for some minor electrical work. Dan arrived at our home by 8:45 AM  <strong>today</strong> as scheduled. He was able to complete all the tasks I had for him in about 3 hours. I thought when he came he would be giving me an estimate and would return to do the work at a later time. Needless to say, I was very pleased when all the work was finished by noon. <br /> 1. He fixed a faulty outlet for the garbage disposal.  <br /> 2. He corrected a bad electrical job a previous owner had done which left wires exposed beneath the dropped ceiling in a bedroom. I now have a safe and aesthetically  pleasing result. <br /> 3. He checked connections and replaced bulbs in track lighting thereby increasing its safety while improving effectiveness. <br /> 4. He added a light box to the center of another bedroom. <br /> Dan was very professional. He respectfully educated us on why the bulbs we were using could be contributing to problems with our track lights. We will happily use this company again and recommend them to others. <br />

The work went very well, and I believe I got my money's worth and an electrician for any future work. <br />

The job went without a hitch. The electrician always does very nice work. When he walks in you dont have to worry about a thing. He is clean, knowledgable, and never has a problem when doing the job. We had approximately nine cans put in the ceiling. Control worked with us on cost, telling us how we could save money, by tearing out the damaged ceiling ourselves, and having the cans installed before the drywall. This is the second time we have hired Control, and will have them back again to do more renovations. <br />

I solicited quotes from four companies that installed whole house generators. The Control Electric quote was the lowest quote for a higher quality generator.  <br /> They came out and estimated my electrical needs and recommended a Kohler 20KW generator with an automatic transfer switch and remote monitoring from my computer. <br /> It was soon installed, programmed and tested and works correctly. <br /> <br /> <br />

Great. Steve came out and gave a free estimate when others where hesitant to do so because it was not a "Big" job. He responded quickly, and got the tech out to do the work the next day. Price was fair. Quoted me to install 3 junction boxes, but tech even replaced one already in place so all would be strong and new. Price was as quoted, and the work was done quickly with excellent quality, and left the space just the same as when he arrived. Would definitely call them again <br /> <br /> <br /> Dan came oiut same day and installed outlets into a junction box where appliances had once been hardwired. He purposely installed the outlet upside down to accommodate 90 degree plugs easier at floor level. He was quick, professional and affordable, just like the last time we used them. Excellent local company.
