Truly the greatest experience - for a situation that may seem small to some, it makes a HUGE difference having an expert that will walk you through everything. Don was knowledgeable, personable, and incredibly helpful. I have zero knowledge in this area, but he took the time to explain and show me the key points for the inspection. It was a short meeting but truly made a lasting impact. Gave me a peace of mind and got us moving to the next step of our sale! Absolutely recommend 10/10!
