Donel and his team have been our HVAC contractors since we bought our house. This year 2 of our units were replaced by Controlled Climates. These guys should have wings and a halo. Donelle Oliver and his team did a great job! He gave me a good and fair price for the work and his team was dedicated and worked hard to make sure my new AC unit was installed and running properly. He was able to get what I needed and have it installed quickly. They worked in the extreme heat too. I am so grateful to have my AC back! Donelle was very conscientious, he came back to fix a few things the next day and made sure to check in again to be absolutely sure everything was working as it should. Donelle is very dedicated, he and his team will get your job done!

Don did a great job of replacing my old A/C unit on the second floor. The whole project lasted 2 days, as estimated. He also called later in the evening to make sure that everything was working properly after the job was done. I would recommend him.

Controlled Climates came to the rescue when my central ac stopped working. The temperature in my home reached 90 degrees. A technician was at my front door in less than 24 hours. Donnell and his team were absolutely amazing. Having central A/C go out right when summer hits is one of my worst case scenarios. They came the very next day when I made the call. He was sympathetic to the fact I have 2 young kids and dogs and wanted to get this done ASAP for me and my family. He gave accurate timelines and also was upfront if there might be any hiccups. All calls and texts were returned promptly and his team were swift in making the replacement. I am beyond satisfied with the work done and will say that they are the epitome of professionalism.

Donell is a total professional and was able to purchase and install a boiler during the pandemic while we were out of town helping family. Met with Donell from Controlled Climates the day after I called. He called me before he arrived and showed up at the set time. He is very personable and I found him to be extremely knowledgeable in his trade. He diagnosed the problem and with his help my boiler was repaired and giving off heat to the entire home within 24 hrs. I am grateful for Donnell because he was able to figure out the issue when others couldn’t - and didn’t knock me over the head with the cost. I highly recommend him without hesitation.

Technician came out on time and diagnosed the problem very quickly. This was after 3 other companies couldn’t figure out the problem. He got me a quote which was reasonable and came back the next morning and fixed the problem.
