Could not be happier with the service provided by Ed and his team. Ed is easy to talk with, doesn't BS around, and provides a fair price estimate (lower by far than the other three companies from whom I received quotes). The install team led by Bryan installed the system quickly, and the work was top quality (included diverting the main line to side of house and partially burying the tank). I would definitely work with Ed again, and highly recommend Ed and his team for all your water softening needs.

Notes below sums up what one would call a "con" job and if you look at other reviews that would be verified indeed. The BBB also has complaints. My experience is a template of what others posted. Surprising that they are all women and one older gentlemen. Stay away. Stay far away. As I wish my nightmare was over. I wrote to Edwardo owner of the company who failed to show up to even look at the situation at hand. As per our discussion on 5/13/22 you advised me to seek further information in regards to the placing of a well pump and pressure tank. Since then I have brought this situation to the attention of the Manatee County Utilities Division along with the Manatee County Environmental Management department. I have been advised by both divisions on how to move forward. What I first discovered is that Convenient Water nor Edwardo Martinez have acquired the certifications and licensing required to conduct the work that was done at said property. I was then asked by Manatee County to contact three vendors on the list they provided of certified businesses to review the situation. I went into detail with three vendors in regard to said job and discussed the normal industry cost of projects like mine. Every single one advised about being overcharged approximately $2,000.00 for the work done. You also advised you would refund $2600 with materials returned. After an accounting of said materials and labor with the three vendors this job should have been no more than $3000.00. They also alerted me on how this makes their businesses that went thru proper steps with the county angry. It brought further concern when you noted not to mention your company name when doing my follow up inquiries. That said not only was it found that you or your company is not certified but I was overcharged and also lied to. I was told that four 20 foot new pipes were being placed, which after all was retracted, there were only two new pipes. I was also told after the fail of the system that you were installing 40 more feet of pipe. This was also untrue. One 20 foot pipe and another that was cut to 17 feet was placed. The tape used around each pipe to hold electrical wires in place were not proper at all. Electrical tape is code not grey tape that is used for heating and air conditioning ducts. No less all electrical wires were left as a hazard and one wrong flip of a switch and wet ground would have killed someone. The county immediately tended to this matter. It does not matter that a “breaker” was off as this was still a potential danger. It was perplexing to all that the job was left in the condition it was. Open ground and nothing hooked back up. Disconnected pipes showed that after an attempt to fix your install that in fact the proper follow- up testing the system was never done. As mentioned in our telephone conversations that when your employees returned they immediately diagnosed what was wrong without even looking at what was happening. There are many layers of concern with the work you did. It has also been determined after the first install that indeed your employees knew something was not right. As evident with the follow up visit that they only went 117 feet and not the full 120 feet I was told. The excuse of sending back workers to repair and the time it took is void as all was covered under the warranty and should never be thrown back in a customers face. The excuse of using a special truck to do the job and two workers is not an excuse toward higher industry cost as the machinery is needed for this kind of work. I have also been in touch with those who left their horror stories on Yelp. Please know 239 verified reviews is null and void in this situation as you are a water treatment company and then reviews were about that work and not well work. We can also use the example of a surgeon doing their job properly but there could be a time they failed in a situation. The reviews for the well work you did under noted on home advisor do not come back as glorious. Please know that HomeAdvisor and Angi’s List are the same entity and on Angis list there is some negative feedback as a vendor. Yelp is a verified review site and is justified in their reviews. All reviews on Yelp in regards to Convenient Water are template to my situation which further helps with the situation at hand. I have also been in touch with the BBB who has had two reports documented even though you are not a BBB member. I kindly ask that you refund $2,000.00 for said job. You actually offered $2600 but I play fair even though you did not. I will not be returning any equipment as you were paid for that and labor in the $3000 it should have cost.

From the moment Eduardo knocked on the door, he made us feel at ease. His knowledge and understanding of water & water softeners was amazing. He did not try to sell us a bunch of stuff we did not need. He actually educated me about what I was trying to buy and recommend equipment that was cheaper in price, then I was originally going to pay. The equipment installation and clean up was also impeccable. I have already recommended Eduardo and Convenient Water to 3 family members and friends who are also going to use his company. If you are looking for a company that’s honest and will treat you like a person, and not like they are just trying to sell something - then go with Convenient Water.
