They did a good job. They made a good effort to come out. The pricing is too expensive. They could've showed up when they're supposed to.

After receiving several phone calls a day from the Mother asking computer related questions on her PC I decided to look online for services to help her out. My first instinct was to call Geek Squad, but they were costly and not to mention I was on hold for 20 minutes before speaking with a live representative. I then stumbled upon Convoy and decided to give them a call. I was instantly transferred to a live agent who set me up with an appointment the same day to help my Mother out and for a much less cost too! They were on time and even followed up to make sure all of her questions and concerns were answered. Excellent customer service and will use again!
