They did a professional job and were so courteous and nice. I was very satisfied with the way they carried themselves. Everything was so perfect and just the way we wanted it. I would recommend them to anyone.

On the routine service, it's usually done in less than an hour. They always clean up. I know when they do the annual service and they're checking out the system they're very complete. They check both the air inlet inside and the air exchange system outside. They go through the whole system. They even check out the duct work.

They're all very good. I have no issues with any of their workers. Usually it's the same guy. I think they could improve on the follow up. A couple of times I've had issues where there was something they couldn't take care of on their initial visit and it did call for some follow-up and they were not really good about that. That's where I would have them get more into follow-up with their customers if there was something that wasn't settled at the time that they made their visit. Eventually, I always got everything taken care of with them but it took work on my part rather than them following up.

They do the annual maintenance on my air conditioning system, and they sold it to us. They installed my air conditioner about ten years ago, and they come out every year to do the annual maintenance on it; and if anything goes wrong, then they come out to take care of it. I had a problem this year, a couple months ago, and that's why it's kind of like out of the cycle, but usually it's at the very beginning of summer, just before summer, early in June that they come out. That's been for every year the last ten years. I'm on a contract for the annual maintenance type thing, and to the best of my knowledge the price is in line with everybody else's. The annual service I think is like $60 or something. They come out, they service it, they check out everything, they redo the grillage if it's necessary. They just make sure that everything is working fine. I think they're very knowledgeable about the products that are out there. They give you good information to help you make your choices as to what's going to fit your needs. They are prompt on service. They're reliable for their annual contracts. They come out. The only thing is that they're a little bit slow if you don't get everything done on a visit. If there is something you have to follow up with them, they're a little bit slow with thatA

They're maybe a little bit higher than average. They're good. They're reliable. They get the work done in a timely manner. Their follow-up, though, if you have follow-up needs sometimes they're a little slow in responding. I've been with them about ten years.

Mr Cook is a snake oil salesman. Promised job not to be charged until complete. That didn't happen. It took 3 different crews to complete started in May 14 finally done beginning of July 14. already made 1 pmt. Promised to oversee that we weretsken care of not ! Had 3 people to come out to get the thermostat adjusted. See their Bbb site last time I checked it was an F. Also bills not came down as promised. <br />

In November 2012 Cook's conducted the annual service on our older ac/heating unit (7 years old not from Cook's) at which time I was advised the compressor was possibly going bad. The unit was still working and I was told it could last one month or for many years to come. I was informed of and purchased their Service Club Membership Plan to save on any future services and parts. In February 2013 the unit quit working at which time I called Cook's. They responded promptly and I was told the compressor was bad and needed to be replaced. Even though Cook's did not install the original unit they took the time and effort to track down the manufacturer of the older unit to ascertain if it had been registered for warranty purposes. It had not been registered by the previous installer. Different options were discussed including replacing the compressor in the older unit or replacing it with a newer higher efficiency unit. Costs were explained in detail, including future operating costs, comparing the repair of the older unit (with a limited warranty) versus installing a newer unit. Not only would the newer unit cost less to operate but it would qualify for federal tax credits and possibly credits with our power company. The decision to install the new unit was made and we have not regretted it once. Cook's service technicians showed up at the house the next day and began removing the old unit and installing the new one. To properly install the new unit a water heater had to be relocated. Cook's personnel arranged for that to be completed as not to interfere with the install. Several technicians were present throughout the day all of which were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable of the task at hand. All stages of the install were explained and our questions were answered completely.The completed work was done in an excellant and professional manner. Cook's technicians did not leave until late that evening and only then after they were satisfied that we were satisfied with the job done and how to operate the new system. We have only positive comments for all of Cook's personnel involved in this experience, from the office staff calling to make appointment times , arranging inspections and completing all of the proper paperwork to all of the technicians who were at our home. We are pleased with our purchase and feel confident that Cook's will be there to provide the appropriate service to keep this unit operating smoothly. <br />

THE REPRESENTATIVE, MIKE, WAS VERY GOOD ABOUT ARRANGING HIS SCHEDULE AROUND OURS! AND HE CALLED TO LET US KNOW HE WAS ON THE WAY. <br /> <br /> WHEN WE SCHEDULED FOR THE UNIT TO BE INSTALLED, HOWEVER, WE WERE TOLD 8 AM ON SAT. I WAITED TIL 9:15 THEN CALLED. WAS TOLD THE CREW WOULD ARRIVE "BETWEEN 8 AND NOON"--BUT WE WERE INITIALLY TOLD 8 A.M.!! WE WERE FIT TO BE TIED--WANTED TO CANCEL SINCE THEY HAD NOT HELD TO THE DEAL. TALKED TO THE OWNER, HE SMOOTHED EVERYTHING OVER AND THE CREW CAME AS QUICKLY AS THEY COULD! <br /> <br /> KENNY THE LEAD TECHNICIAN DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY STAYED TIL THE JOB WAS NEARLY COMPLETE--JUST A FEW MINOR THINGS TO TWEAK. HE PROMISED A TEAM WOULD BE BACK TO FOLLOWING WEEK TO FINISH UP AND SURE ENOUGH DID! <br /> AARON, LEAD TECH, ARRIVED WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. HE STUCK WITH THE JOB UNTIL IT WAS COMPLETED. <br /> <br /> ALL MEMBERS OF COOKS WERE VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. PUT 'BOOTIES' ON THEIR SHOES WHEN ENTERING MY HOME. THEY LET ME KNOW WHEN THE AIR WOULD BE OFF AND TRIED TO SHUT IT OFF 'AT MY CONVENIENCE'!! THEY TOLD ME WHEN THEY WERE LEAVING (FOR LUNCH OR TO GET PARTS). <br /> AFTER A SHAKEY START, WE ARE VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK!!!!! <br />

"We'd like to say thanks for the great review! Our policy is to schedule arrival times in two-hour windows unless a more specific time frame is requested. For service calls, we're able to schedule the arrival time fairly early. For bigger jobs like this one where a crew is assembled and specific equipment & materials are pulled, we typically advise an arrival time of 9-11 AM, so we regret that we started off with some miscommunication in this case. Aside from that, sounds like this job went really well, and our folks performed as trained. We're proud of the techs involved & happy to have another satisfied customer."

They did a good job! They were courteous and did the job as we expected. They double checked themselves and also came-back to check the system and do the winter maintenance. I choose Cook's as they seemed to be the most honest and knowledgeable. The only negative was that they put my account over to Wells Fargo.
