I have a monthly contract with them for pest control. I also have a yearly contract for exterminating. I see them quite often. They always call to let us know they are coming. They just had a rate increase awhile back. In fact I called them today and my son is looking for someone. If I refer him, they will give me a $25 discount off of my bill.

We pay $70 a month for mosquito and pest control. We pay $120 a year for termite control. They are reasonable. They have come out to house that we are looking at buying to check if there is any termite damage and things we should know. They went above than what they had to do.
