During the coldest weather possible (of course) my home furnace completely fails ! Thank goodness for Cool Ducts and their super fast responce. They immediately came over and left me with great working high efficiency space heaters AND then returned within 48 hours with my new furnace.. I am extremely satisfied with their kindness and hard working staff and I feel safe and secure that if any further problems should arise they will be right there for me. I trust them and I highly recommend them !

Nick saved the day!!! We had a part on or furnace go out over Thanksgiving - and were in the process of selling and set to have the final walkthrough of the house over the weekend and closing on Monday. We had to heat the house with space heaters until we could reach some companies on Friday. One company diagnosed the problem but could not get parts for over a week. Several other companies refused to tell us if they could get the part in without sending a technician. When I got ahold of Nick he was willing to track down the part needed and come do the work ASAP.
