Extremely thorough!!!!! This was a routine checkup for 3 units and they spent more than 3 hours here! Extremely thorough!!! I highly recommend them!!!! Professional and courteous and better than any other A/C company I’ve ever used!!

They were responsive and did everything promised. New unit was installed within 24 hours of first contact. Owner, Robert Tinley could not have been more accommodating. Felt great about commitment to warranty for goth parts and labor and appreciated the confidence of a no change order guaranty. After install, they followed up to respond to questions, provide paperwork and complete city inspection. Could not have been more pleased with the experience.

Everything went well. It was very efficient, and I signed up for the "club" that provides twice-yearly maintenance and several extras and a guarantee, some of which goes beyond what other companies offer. I was very pleased. The basic cost for maintenance is $89; the increased cost was for the UV work, which was a competitive price.

Showed up same day & identified the issue. Calcium build-up in the drain line. Kevin vacuumed the drain and flushed it a couple times. Problem solved. He then finished his check up and was done within an hour. We have used Cooling Advisers for over 1 year and could not be happier. Hands down the best HVAC company I've used in South Florida. 10 out of 10 & 5 stars!

EXCELLENT JOB ! Cooling Advisors always makes me feel like a valued customer. Everything was explained before the contract was signed. If I had any questions during the job , they were answered. The crew arrived promptly at 8:30 am and worked all day to replace my ancient air conditioning unit. All three gentlemen were extremely professional and courteous. I truly highly recommend Cooling Advisors for all air conditioning needs as they are forthright, accommodating, and, most of all, they solve all the problems without any complications.

This is my second time using them & the service man was very thorough. I had been wanting to put in a UV light and other companies wanted over a thousand dollars to buy & install it and they charged half of that. My air conditioner is working so cold now And I will continue to be using cooling advisors. Great company, great service.

I called in the morning and by 5 pm the job was completed and our air conditioning was working again. The young lady who booked the 4 - 6 pm time slot, gave me some simple preliminary instructions so that the technician would not have to deal with a problem that may have been compounded if this had not been done. When the tech arrived, he diagnosed the problem immediately and had my air conditioning running once again. Not only was he prompt, courteous and efficient, he also put up with my incredibly nosy dog. I highly recommend Cooling Advisors without hesitation.

Beautifully. Rob from Cooling Advisors came within 24 hours (on a Saturday!) to assess my unit and provide a detailed bid and explanation of what I needed. The process went smoothly and within a few days I had a brand new a/c that worked perfectly. the work done in my utility closet was beautiful and clean. Their service was excellent. The communications with Rob and with his office staff were always timely and professional. I look forward to continuing to use this company for all A/C servicing. Very pleased.

Coil froze up overnight. Called Cooling Advisers on 8/31/19 (weekend/after hours) just before Hurricane Dorian. They were out to fix the issue within 2 hours. After he fixed the issue, we then proceeded to purchased their bi-yearly extended plan. They were back out 9/10/19 for my first maintenance. Both techs were very friendly and professional. We couldn't be happier.

They showed up on time, and I paid extra for a weekend appointment, but was not prepared for the final cost to diagnose the issue. I was told the $129 service fee would include the diagnosis, but once the repair person arrived I was told different. After more than $400, all I got was a visit, 2lbs of freon, and them telling me that my coil had a leak. Needless to say I got the exact same service from a different company for only $100 including the 2lbs of freon just months before. I feel that I did NOT get my money worth from this company.
