Hired Cool Pool of Florida through Angi (Ang'is List) to resurface our concrete inground pool and deck. They sent a substitute, a subcontractor called Compound Image LLC. After ironing out some misunderstandings and issues along the way, Greg and his team worked diligently to transform a disgusting pit into a sparkling swimming pool dressed in new tiles, skimmer, deep end steps, and refreshed deck. They also addressed hairline cracks and hollow spots to ensure stability and proper plaster adhesion, guaranteed to provide years of fun and enjoyment for the entire family. They clean up their work site daily and hauled trash away. And as promised, Greg delivered all that just in time for the 4th of July celebration! We love our new pool and appreciate Greg and Gavin for staying committed.

I entered into a contract with Cool Pool of Florida LLC for the installation of a fiberglass swimming pool, marble paver deck, and related improvements at my residence in Satellite Beach, Florida. I paid the company more than $68,000 for the project. After construction, I discovered numerous defects, including moisture becoming trapped beneath the marble pavers, discoloration of the marble, movement and settling of pavers, chipped tiles that were not replaced, and drainage concerns. Although Cool Pool attempted limited repairs, significant issues remain unresolved. I documented these defects with photographs, emails, and written correspondence. During my investigation, I obtained the permit records and discovered that the permit and Notice of Commencement identify A.R.M. Property Services LLC and licensed contractor Addiel Roger Martinez as the qualifying contractor for my project. In turn, I was told Cool Pools was not authorized to use the GC LICENSE.

This company is the best fiberglass pool company in existence. They are extremely knowledgeable about custom pool installations, pool pumps & everything in between. From laying the foundation to the end result. In one word or less: flawless. Would definitely recommend for your next pool project. Extremely happy!! They have transformed our back yard into a tropical paradise. Well worth the investment.
