CoolPro Heating And Air Conditioning

The unit was installed. Everything went down hill from there. It went from error messages, no heat, running water even on heat mode, I was told this was normal. My patio literally has a green fungus growning on it from the running water from the unit. This is the second time that the fan motor has gone completely out. The frist time that it went out it took Cool Pro heating and Air Conditioning three months to come and replace it. I was told that i could still use the unit on Aux heat mode until parts come in, aux mode never shuts off and runs steadly causing a high power bill.. I had to suffer with an extremly high light bill for months. The box that holds the power surges came unattached and one of the power surges fell out the box, blew and had to be replaced. The temperatures was below freezing . Cool Pro Heating and Air Conditioning finally came three days later. The Fan motor is not working as of today for the second time. I have been texting back and forth with Cool Pro Heating and Air Conditioning to fix and to service the unit which is also due, but still the same story. I was given the same instruction to run it on aux heat mode. My light bill has been 500.00 or more for the last 2 months again. I was not givien the opportunity to choose what type of unit that I wanted. Cool Pro Heating and Air Conditioning did not give me any other option. I beleive Cool Pro and Air Conditioning sold me a defected unit of thier choosing. They will not own up to the responiable of fixing or servicing the unit. My concern is that Cool Pro Heating and Air Conditioning is trying to ride out the warranty, which is July 20th of this year. Please the matter has to be ressolved before then.. They have the money and I have a deffected unit which is not right.

They did the installation in a timely manner. But after the fact that my contract is part of house calls and when I call them no answer or no one return my calls. I?m left trying to figure things out on my own. The thermostat say call for service. It can be set on 60 and it?s 72 degrees inside. When I call and text no one never answers or return my call. This is very unprofessional and poor service especially after you have been paid for the job.

Very professional and explained what was the problem and how it can be fixed. They are competitively priced and I believe they did an excellent job job with my coil chemical cleaning and replacing a very important component on my furnace to make it operable for longer. I would hire again and recommend to anyone needing HVAC assistance. Also, very honest about the work.
