The AC in my son’s apartment was not working and so I called and requested John because I worked with him before. As usual, he was polite, professional and kept me informed as to what he was doing and why. In the end, the unit was too old to be repaired and I was aware of that fact. He scheduled an appt for a technician to come over and provide me with an estimate the next day. Finally he told me about the company’s affiliation with Home Depot. CoolRay and in particular John was very easy to work with.
