The technician was very professional. He was through in his explanation of what he was going to do and he also advice me in some other services that would beneficial to my unit. He was kind and patient. The technicians name was David Hester IV.

Technicians Ethan Atkinson and Derek Norman arrived on time and communicated several times about their location to keep me informed before their arrival. They went to work right away in a very professional and personable way to remove the old mini-split and install a new one. They were very responsive to my questions and their explanation was thorough. They double checked that everything worked and that they cleaned up afterward. I was very pleased with their attitudes and their work.

Walter, was friendly, after getting a little information..Walt got to work… checked out my HAVC inside and out then cleaned to outside unit here about 2 hours… Since my unit is only 3 year old I didn’t anticipate any issues and they were not. Have Ike Walt a Grape Gatorade Zero.. Told him to watch out for Rick’s mailbox and wished him well….

I was told that the plumber would have a camera that would show him where the clog was located in my washer drain pipe. The plumber advised that he did not have a camera because it is broken. He offered to rent a camera and a drain snake at my expense. I was led to believe he would at least have the camera. I refused having to pay to have the pipe snaked again because it was just done a week ago and that did not clear the trouble. I had to pay a trip charge for him to tell me he had no equipment to clear the clog.

My installer Samuel was top notch, very detailed, pleasant, answered all my questions. Excellent representative. The only problem I had was miscommunication on their end as I was told available payment options and Samuel was told another. Did not affect installation or quality of work at all.

It went great! Trey Lowery was very prompt and professional. He went straight to work. He asked my concerns and listened intently. He made sure I understood the process he was taking to complete the job and welcomed any questions. He’s had all the tools needed to complete the job and finished with great accuracy. I was very pleased with his service and hope if I have any more issues with my system I get a technician that’s professional and caring as him. He’s an awesome addition to your team.

From first contact to finished product Comfort Dynamics Cooling, Heating, Plumbing and Electrical everything was tremendous. The first call the problem was identified quickly and a detailed explanation was verbally provided and followed-up with a written document including photos. The estimator arrived the second day and performed another review of the system. Brian W. discussed several different options and provided the positives and negatives of each. He was extremely courteous and didn’t push the most expensive option. The installers showed up the next day on-time and took all precautions with our house and were extremely courteous. All representatives arrived on-time, the appointment text with names, arrival time and tracking is great and they all wore boot/shoe coverings anytime they entered the house. Highly recommend!

They’re absolutely first class. They installed my water heater in a very professional and timely manner. They hauled the old one away. The price was fair. I definitely recommend.
