Steven did an excellent job. He was very responsive, professional, knowledgable, and committed to solving the issues we had. He also took the time to explain what the issues were, how they were being resolved and any actions I can undertake going forward that will help maintain the boilers and reduce the chances of further issues. I would absolutely hire Steven again, and would recommend him to others.

My tenants called me around noon on December 23rd and said that they had not hot water. I called Steve from Cooper Cooling and Heating asking him to go as soon as possible and see what was the problem. I met him at my property later in the evening. The cooler was broken and a replacement was necessary. Steve began to search for the appropriate model however I was too late to do something that day. Next day, Christmas' eve Steve and I were looking for the replacement. It existed but it needed to be ordered from places like Home Depot and similar ones. Steve started a search of alternative providers in the area and found one, but unfortunately it was again too late as the provider was closing. So, the next available day to try it was Saturday December 26th but the provider was still unavailable. On Monday 28th Steve finally got the replacement, went to the property, change the boiler, improved the existing installation as photos show, and that afternoon the issue was over and my tenants were very happy. Given the circumstances, we were in the middle of Christmas celebration, Steve made a remarkable, timely, and complete service. I definitely hope to continue counting on Steve for future help, reliable advice, and committed service.

He thoroughly explained the process in which he used to diagnose and solve my intermittent power issues to my newly installed NEST thermostat.
