Went well. They were very professional and prompt. Changed the whole smell of my home. Cleaned all vents and air duct.

These are great guys. They did a thorough job but our dryer vent work is a little complicated because of the run length and a change in materials. When we still had an issue, they were back out within 24 hours and fixed the last issue. Would definitely hire again.

We bought this 27 yr old home Oct 2019. We knew we would get duct cleaned eventually due to wife and son's allergy issues. So we researched on Angel List contractors. CM had a special going for the week (clean ALL intakes/vents/ducts and dryer duct @$220/unit) and it was best offer from others. Once ducts were cleaned, Jamar requested UV installment due to molding found in upstair ducts. He recommended UV on both (upstairs/downstairs) although molding wasn't visible downstairs but it made since that it could be since we felt as if ducts NEVER been clean by previous owners. We had NO INTENTIONS of paying for UV (which he offered $850 per unit if done today but $1300/unit if they have to come back). Since wife had been having issues with allergies, we decided to go forth with deal which felt like a lot $$ but was told the UV was commercial type not residential (which I had googled and notice price waaaay lower but was told that the type he uses could not be googled..??). Anyway, as for professionalism, they were VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE which made me feel good about getting them to take care of cleaning. Although I felt price was ridiculously HIGH for UV, we feel that it will be worth it NOW and LATER. PS...was told all vents were vacuum but had to point out all was not and he did take care of them. Happy wife, Happy life!

Excellent job! Jamar and Kevin were prompt, courteous and very professional. They took the time to explain the process to me and did a very good job of cleaning up when they finished.

Both guys were very nice and wore masks the whole time. They did not wear booties while walking throughout the house but I let it go. I have a three story house counting the finished basement and 32 ducts. I was a little surprised when they showed up in an SUV instead of a truck but they assured me they had the right equipment. They removed and cleaned all returns with a whip type brush attached to a drill which spins inside the duct while they suck the soil back to the furnace with a big vac at the furnace. They do not remove the intake vents, but said they run the whip back to them from the furnace. The problem is that the whip is not long enough to reach all the way through the duct runs and I would think a brush the size of the duct would work better. After they finished, we replaced the old 5" thick filter and ran the system for a while. A number of large clumps of dirt still came through. I then replaced the filter with a new one and checked it after 5 days, picture attached. The new filter was already pretty dirty and still had some clumps of dirt in it. Maybe this is normal, but it seems like this should not happen if the ducts are really cleaned thoroughly. My conclusion is that the ducts are much cleaner than they were, but that this system is not the best based on my results. Since their price was lower than some, I guess I got what I paid for. They did offer to clean my dryer vent but I did not have them do it because it is a very short run outside. I would hire them again if they improved their method or equipment.

Okay. They were mostly in the attic. The house had a fresh smell when they finished.

The two gentlemen that came to do the work were professional and hard workers. They exceeded my expectations, the price was very reasonable, and they did great work. I would highly recommend them and plan to use them again for our HVAC duct cleaning.

Some of the vents were missed in the basement and basement bathroom. The wasn't notice until the vents were removed for painting. It was mainly the intake vents.
