Excellent. Mr. Cooper was prompt and kept his word as far as pricing, once he saw the debris that needed removal. As a single mom, he did not try to take advantage, as some other estimates received did (by a few hundred dollars) just upon coming to my home. I appreciated his honesty and obvious integrity.

Same day within an hour of when I texted them. Totally fair price.

The lady at Cooper Refused responded a mere 20 minutes after I requested a quote, and she offered me a pickup the very next day! Jamel (the business owner) and Christopher were very friendly and had my junk gone very quickly. Whenever I have the chance, I like to support locally-owned small businesses. This is a family business and they could not have been nicer to me. Plus, their quote was $25 cheaper than the nearest quote and $70 cheaper than the highest quote! I will definitely use them again.

The whole job was completed within a few hours. He even made an additional trip to get a receipt without charge! I feel bad that I didn't tip him for the trouble he went through. He couldn't have done better - go with this guy!

my only issue is that after I purchased the pick up on Angie's, no one from Coopers contacted me. I had to send a message through Angie's to get a response. That being said, the gentlemen that came to grab the junk were great; on time, quick, and courteous.

Cooper Refuse was wonderful. We give them an A+. The owner and his nephew were so professional and easy to work with. They carted away so much of our accumulated stuff - some donatable and others just junk. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who needed a hauling service.

Mr. Cooper and his nephew, Marcus, were exceptional. They were exactly on time and called ahead to let me know when they would be there. They were professional and courteous and were very good at there trade. They maneuvered the furniture (which was heavy) up a tight stairway, through the house and out to there truck without touching anything. I would definitely use Mr. Cooper's service again.
