I consulted with 3 different Professional remodelers. I was initially torn between 2. Communication and value was a my deciding factor. From the intial design consultation by Nicole Gazeta to the completion of the project by Devin there was consistent communication. The renovation was incredibly neat. All debris and trash was hauled off every day. The floor was vacumed every day after work and everything left immaculate. Each step was a collaboration. This company really wants to provide exceptional quality and service. Thank you Gary for your continued commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Our installer (Micah) was par excellent! He explained what he was doing and why. He was on time, worked independently, kept us in the loop and cleaned up after himself. A pleasure to have him complete the job!

Everything from start to finish went very smoothly. Installers were very professional and explained everything to us throughout the process. They did a good job of cleaning up and left the bathroom and house in great shape. The walk- in tub is working as promised with all the bells and whistles and we are enjoying it.

Contractor was competent and knowledgeable about the work being done. He went above and beyond to make sure things were done correctly and not minimaly. He respected our time needs, our home, and pets. He confirmed our height and location wishes for all accessories: bench, shelves, bars, etc. He cleaned up his area at the end of each day and completed the project earlier than projected. We had our bathroom modification completed by Palmetto Bath and Home. We went from a tub to a custom 32x72 inch shower and while still waiting for the sliding glass shower door to arrive and be installed by the glass company used for our project we couldn’t be happier with the outcome thus far. Mason Chapman of Palmetto arrived at our home on the time scheduled for us to describe what we were looking for and to prepare a design and a fair and affordable estimate for the job. After evaluating other contractors, we accepted Mason’s design and quote. The crews used by Palmetto for the job were also on time each and every day of the demolition and install. Dane Easton was the primary subcontractor used by Palmetto Bath for our shower install and he was exceptional! Dane proved a hard-working and dedicated craftsman, a man of integrity and an outstanding human being who was meticulous and took pride in his work while taking the time and effort to explain each and every step.

I highly recommend this company if you have a remodeling job. Efficient, communicative and reasonable prices with great customer service.

They were timely and finished new windows with all details taken care to be done right. They worked like a well oiled machine. They are now replacing a front door and a porch door. I never let go off a good thing.

Palmetto Bath did a fantastic job remodeling our bathroom! They were professional, worked quickly, and did a great job cleaning up each day. We would definitely hire them again for future projects.

Palmetto had many panels to choose from for the shower. Palmetto added a molding about a 1/2 foot down from the ceiling finishing it off beautifully. I love my new bath.

I went with Palmetto Home because they were up front and honest with me. For two years I had been asking bathroom remodelers what the ballpark price would be ($5K, $50K, $500K?). Palmetto was the first people that answered the question. They told me "if you need A, it will cost $X. If you nerd B, it will cost $Y." They are confident enough in their product and service to give ballpark estimates. Everyone we dealt with was professional. They came to the house, measured out the bathroom, went through our options, and worked with us on price. When it came to the actual installation, Dane and Will showed up and took care of everything: installation, clean up, and making sure we were happy with the results. We have two more bathrooms in the house, and when the budget allows, Palmetto will be our first call.

Troy did a great job with the remodel. The vanity looks incredible and the shower is awesome. Really love the tiling material they used. Very satisfied with the work, thank you guys.

We had a wonderful experience working with Palmetto on our bathroom remodel. We gathered quotes from several companies, and Palmetto immediately stood out. It genuinely felt like they wanted to work with us and valued our project (something we hadn’t experienced with other contractors.) In the past, we often felt like we were being squeezed in between bigger jobs, but with Palmetto we felt like a priority from the beginning. Mason, our main sales contact, was responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. Gary, Will, and Jordan handled scheduling and installation, and they completed the project a full month ahead of schedule. Will and Jordan did the installation, and their craftsmanship is beautiful. Our home has uneven floors and walls, but everything the shower, flooring, toilet, and vanity was installed with real care and precision. My husband and I kept saying how refreshing it was to have a remodel that didn’t feel like a “flip job.” The bathroom feels elevated and built to last

Palmetto Home did an amazing job on our new shower! The price was fair especially compared to the other quotes we received. We hired Palmetto Bath after meeting with Gary to remodel our spare bathtub/shower. Our installer, Will did the demo in one day and completed the installation the following day. Will's work ethic and workmanship are impressive. We really like the products offered as they are of very good quality and the service we received was top notch.

I have waited forever and now I finally have my DREAM BATHROOM thanks to Palmetto Bath!! The design consultant, Gary understood my vision and his team of Jordan and Devin made it all possible!! I have never seen any harder workers!! Reliable, professional, honest and efficient!! They came to work early without even stopping to eat on some days. They made sure everything was to my liking and satisfaction before finishing up my project. Kudos to Gary and his team!!

They did a great job replacing our shower in two days!

Gary was able to help with the design of a new shower for my parents who have mobility issues. His team came in and completed the remodel in 2 days, which made my parents happy. The new shower is attractive and practical. The crew is coming back for a follow-up on Monday to be sure everything is functioning properly. Great service!

Installed a new shower. Yes, the techs were very efficient, as well as professional. Demolition and install took less than 2 days. We were very pleased with the finished project. Would definitely recommend.
