They fabricated two seismic cantilever columns for my attached garage project. 21 feet tall, 660 lbs, and installed them 6.5 feet deep in 30" diameter concrete. Perfectly plumb. On time installation in concert with the foundation pour. Highly recommend these guys.

John was prompt and on time to give us an estimate for cleaning and sealing our pool deck and patio. He set a date and time when he and a helper would arrive to do the work. The showed up on time and did a very good job. There was some effervescence ( water spots which appeared when we first turned the watering system back on for our yard. John returned, at my request, and examined the situation. He set a date when he would return and fix things. Although he was half an hour late arriving, he and his helper re-coated the trouble spots with effervescence remover and it appears that the problem is solved. The additional time and materials were at John's expense.

I saw John's work on his website. John answered my first call, on a Saturday, and came out the same afternoon to provide a work estimate. He was the only contractor of 11 firms who actually surveyed the site with laser to check slopes and distances. Took time to ask questions to make sure he understood what I wanted. He then produced a written bid. This covered every aspect of the job. Having seen his work, I was amazed that he would complete the work I wanted at $6/square foot, including sealing. He came on time with employees who were all very professional. The pour was completed, stamped, and second color applied within 5 hours. John then came several days later to wash down and remove forms. Sealing followed 30 days later. Everything he promised happened exactly when he said it would. Excellent contractor. Haven't taken a photo of finished product yet.
