The experience was very poor. The leadership was rude and very argumentative about every single issue we had. They did the job but in a rushed and careless manner. The roof has damaged shingles. The gutters are too long and stick out of the sides of the house and they are not put on straight at all. And the air circulation vents in the attic were all damaged and fell off due to the carelessness of the sub-contractors. Copperhead sub-contracts their work and do not tell you that. They had to come out about 8 times in the span of 4 months to get the kid done. At first they refused to fix the gutters, saying it was too close. The chimney was not sealed correctly until we said something and still doesn't seem to be sealed well. They claim it's not a big deal because none of it affects the functionality. However, when it is your house, it is a big deal. You want it to look great and that's why we hire professionals so that they do a great job at something we can't. However these guys are anything but professional. They do not care about you or your house, they just want to get the job done and get paid. They literally slammed the shingles on the roof so hard that I had glass pieces fall off of my chandeliers and a tiny crack in the dry wall became a huge crack. They made a mess while working and although they cleaned up after, I still had to spend hours walking around the house picking up nails and screws. I have kids so it is very important that I picked up every single nail, I found atleast 50 or so nails and quite a few in the driveway--where they obviously could have caused other problems such as a flat tire. I know the owner, the project manager and one of the workers--so I thought I was in good hands. I was very wrong and should have gone with someone else. These guys refuse to do the work as it should have been done in the first place. There is other issues and I could go on but I will end it here and say that I do not recommend these guys to anyone! Go with someone else!

I called a few different companys for them to come out and give me an estimate on what i had in mind to be done. (3 total) One company made me feel dumb for not being sure on what i wanted exactly done. The second company give me a crazy high bid even after i told them im working with a budget, and the thrid company was copperhead contracting which turned out to be the company i went with. They game me an estimate that was lower then the first two and even helped me decide on things i didnt have picked out like the type of windows i wanted, even down to the knobs for the cabinets! Now i felt better after talking with them so i did hire them as my contractor. It took them a couple of weeks to get it done however it turned out better then i had imagined! The crewmen came across a few difficulties but they handled it well. Id like to say it was worth hiring copperhead contracting. Id love to work with the same guys for any of my future projects.

Work is not getting performed. They are there maybe a couple hours a week at most and have completed nothing including the basics like the electrical, plumbing. Brandon originally claimed the product would be finished by the end of July and now IF I were to keep them as general contractors I doubt it would be completed before October. Brandon is terrible at getting back to you. He stated his crew did work to me that I ACTUALLY DID out of frustration! (Sounds like fraud to me)I keep asking him for timeframes of different things and an updated estimate and he gives me a runaround. Hopefully tomorrow we can talk and he can start following through with something or else I'm firing them. I'm very frustrated at this point. I recommend you use a reputable contractor for your construction needs and not Copperhead

We hired Copperhead Contracting to help us remodel our kitchen and bathroom along with replacing our roof. The whole team was very knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish. They provided us with a wide variety of samples and gave us all the available options to make our bathroom and kitchen work for us! They made sure to show up on time everyday there and stayed in contact with us throughout the process. We will be using Copperhead Contracting for all our future restoration needs and reccomend them to all our friends and family!

The team at Copperhead helped us build a garage from start to finish. They were extremely helpful in working with our suggestions and what we wanted, and pointed out things that we didn't even think about. Their employees were there on time and always friendly. The owners/managers were always available to help with any questions we had and so were their workers. This all took place during the busy storm season, and while I'm sure they were busy with other jobs, they made us feel like we were the most important.
