They cooked our Thanksgiving dinner, helped arrange parties, and have done house sitting for us. That is how I originally found them on Angies List; I was looking for a house sitter while we went on vacation for three weeks. They have arranged exterior concreting for me. I talk to them and do not have to deal with the sub-contractor. They have done some light interior, carpentry, and plumbing. They arranged for the people to come in and install a light for me. I do not use them as a general contractor. I use them for when I need something done I call Loretta and she will call the sub-contractors and then call me back and tell me the price.

I called to have someone come to give me an estimate for fixing my fence. Maretta called me right back and set up an appointment. Her crew chief came out "very nice" and took a look around and I got an e-mail on the cost.  The price was very good so I set up the job. I was also planing on having my fence painted and got 2 estimates. The cost was very high and I was thinking I could only afford to do the repairs. I asked C.O.R. if they did painting too and was pleased that they said yes. When she got back to me with the additional cost I was blown away because it was a fraction of the cost  from the 2 other estimates. I was able to have the entire fence repaired and painted and it looks beautiful. They did a great job!

Superior job. C.O.R. Performed job from start to finish. Owner relied on this provider long distance. Owner did not need to be present on premises. C.O.R.supervise job with personal attention to the last detail Owner gives C.O.R. Repeat business for several years, now. I rate C.O.R. at the highest level possible.

The fix was great.  The cleaning was not to my satisfaction.  I emailed them about it and I feel that they have been responsive in addressing the complaint.  They are returning soon, and hopefully they will do a better job.

She does everything and she is delightful. She does excellent work. She is very honest and trustworthy. She is very good at all types of repairs that there is probably little she can't do. If she can't do the job she will refer you to someone who can. She works within a trustworthy network of providers and this further reflects her character. She will be doing many projects for me in the future.
