Terrible. Even the exterior windows still were dirty and the seats didn't look cleaned. I got the deluxe groupon (worth $230) and he wouldn't do anything with the SUV unless I paid him another $100. Terribly grumpy to boot. I bought it (used) a few months prior from a dealer. <br />
