"Hi Mrs. [Member Name Removed], I'm sorry you are feeling like the experience with us during your repair was less than satisfactory. We truly strive to do the most we can as quickly as possible when a system is down. I looked over your account and spoke with the people who were involved in the repair process. I feel that we followed the process and did the best we could to move the repair as quickly as possible. I know there was a delay with our after hours on the evening of the 11th that caused us reaching out to you to take a little longer than we like. However, we did get back with you that same evening regarding your warranty and scheduling a tech out to your home. At your request we scheduled the tech the following day after 4pm to accommodate your schedule. We normally have a higher fee for evening & weekend services and in effort to ease some of the inconvenience of the situation we waived that fee. We received the tech's diagnoses the next day and began working on the quote for repair which we did provide that same day to you. Once you approved the repair and cost we ordered the coil with the manufacturer. I think there may have been a misunderstanding the day you called in to check the status of the part. We were calling the vendor to request a delivery update and/or tracking to narrow down when we may expect the part to arrive. I apologize if us using the verbiage of "locating" led you to believe the coil was somehow misplaced but it was not missing or misplaced at any point. Once we received confirmation of delivery we immediately scheduled the repair with you. I realize that the unit being a little shy of 2 years with a failure made the situation that much more frustrating. We take pride in our work whether it is installing a brand new system, servicing a newer system or servicing a 17 year old system. I hope that you will reconsider your review as I am confident we did what we could to resolve the matter as quickly as possible within our capabilities. Management"
