Fernando Gonzalez is the Owner and Senior Technician, having almost 30 years experience in all phases of HVAC & appliance repair. "We are truly sorry to hear of this customer's disappointment regarding the pricing of this repair. Our standard service call charge is $75.00 (slightly higher in other areas outside of our standard service area) which covers the trip, diagnosis and any estimates provided. This is also disclosed during the time of initial appointment set up over the phone. This service call charge is applied / included into any labor rate quoted, approved and charged for repairs and no new service call fee is charged for multiple visits within the first 30 days of initial appointment. The date of service indicated does not match our records, as we show an appointment date for this customer to be 04/05/2013; about a year and a half before the date listed by this customer. This is truly the first we have ever been made aware of any disappointment concerning this service repair. We welcome the customer to present us with any invoice and or receipt that might reflect a different date than that which we have. We do apologize for any inconvenience and welcome any and all of our customers to contact us directly if they have any concerns regarding their service call within a reasonable amount of time. We offer and honor a 30 day labor / service call warranty and a 1 year component warranty. Management has inspected the pricing for this repair and found no discrepancies in it. Unfortunately, due to the repair being over 2.5 years old, there is nothing we can do at this point regarding this service ticket. Again, we truly apologize for any dissatisfaction or inconvenience and wish we had been alerted to it much sooner to perhaps research some form of resolution."
"We truly appreciate this customer taking the time to leave a review for us. Unfortunately, we cannot locate a work order that corresponds the amount of $125.00 with a service date of 06/20/2015. While this customer is listed as a contact for two service locations, neither location had any services performed on this date. The address listed by the customer had a most recent service date of 01/16/2015. Both locations have had services done to a refrigerator, however there are absolutely no service notes whatsoever of any recommendation for the customer to purchase a new unit altogether, nor does anyone here recall making such recommendations. There are no work orders or repeat visits separated by weeks, therefore it is our assumption that this review is intended for someone else. We have emailed this customer on 07/29/2015 and to date have not received any response. We welcome to presentation of any work order number and or payment receipt from this customer so we can further look into this in order to ascertain whether or not this review and the information in it is accurate. While we await the customer response, we also ask Angie's List to look into this matter to assist us in verifying it's validity. We want to make sure this customer is completely satisfied, however simply cannot find any information verifying their claim of our recommendation and the service date.
