How does my service stand out? I include video in my reports! This is a service that is not offered by most inspectors. This is a very strong tool when negotiating. My reports are also detailed and easy to understand. My clients and Realtors receive inspection notifications prior to the inspection date. The reports are generated on the same day with many photos and videos included. Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and yes, different pricing.
