On August 31, 2021 we hired Cortstone LLC to furnish rocks and lighting to build a pondless waterfall in our backyard. The waterfall never functioned and had many leaks and all the lighting failed. We made many phone calls and text to Mr. Cortez and would not respond. On March 3. 2022 Mr Cortez finally responded and said he would be here in 2 days, he never showed up. Again we made many calls and On April 11th Mr. Cortez said he would here Wednesday April 13 th, at 8:30 am he sent a picture of a dammaged eye and said he would be in several days, again he will not answer our phone calls or text, On August 31. 2021 We made the first payment of 3. paid Mr Cortez 3 payments totalling $8,978, Mr Cortez never finished our waterfall feature, this started over 7 months ago, It gives me no pleasure to complain but do not want others to have the experience we have endured. We feel Mr Cortez has no integrity and was dishonest with us.
